3 Kingdom of God Vs. Kingdom of Heaven

4 kingdom of God kingdom to Israel (Act 1:3-7) To whom also he shewed himself alive after his passion
by many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the things pertaining to the
kingdom of God: And, being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not
depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith he, ye have heard of me. For
John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence.
When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore
again the kingdom to Israel? And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons,
which the Father hath put in his own power.

5 I. What is the Kingdom of God?

6 righteousness, and peace, and joy (Rom 14:17) For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but
righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. Except a man be born again, he cannot see the
kingdom of God (Joh 3:3) Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man
be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

7 The kingdom of God cometh not with observation kingdom of God is within you (Luk 17:20-21) And
when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them
and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there!
for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

8 kingdom of God is not in word (1Co 4:20) For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power. flesh
and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God (1Co 15:50) Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood
cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.

9 I. What is the Kingdom of God? ANSWER: IT IS A SPIRITUAL KINGDOM

10 II. What is the Kingdom of Heaven?

11 and shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven (Mat 8:11) And I
say unto you, That many shall come from the east and west, and shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac,
and Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven.

12 kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force (Mat 11:12) And from the days
of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force.

13 II. What is the Kingdom of Heaven? ANSWER: IT IS A LITERAL PHYSICAL KINGDOM

14 III. The Importance these Kingdoms

15 It is not for you to know the times or the seasons (Act 1:6-7) When they therefore were come
together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel? And
he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his
own power.

16 But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you.For yourselves
know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night But ye, brethren, are not in
darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief (1Th 5:1-5) But of the times and the seasons,
brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you. For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord
so cometh as a thief in the night. For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction
cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. But ye, brethren, are
not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief. Ye are all the children of light, and the
children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.

18 1. God’s Three fold Plan for the Earth and Universe, for the Nation of Israel and for your life are
actually the plan and development of these Kingdoms

20 THE BIBLE BEGINS WITH A STRUGGLE OVER A THRONE. (Gen 1:1) In the beginning God created the
heaven and the earth. I will exalt my throne above the stars of God (Isa 14:13) For thou hast said in thine
heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the
mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:

21 THE BIBLE ENDS WITH SOME SITTING ON A THRONE (Rev 22:3) And there shall be no more curse: but
the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him:

22 IV. Tracing these Kingdoms through the Bible

23 THE ATTITUDE FACTOR Always be prepared to change whatever you have been taught or believed
when it goes contrary to the Bible. Never make the Bible line up with what believe or think. Always line
up your thoughts with what the Bible clearly teaches

25 THE BIBLE OPENS WITH GOD REIGNING AS THE KING (Gen 1:1) In the beginning God created the
heaven and the earth. LORD is King (Psa 10:16) The LORD is King for ever and ever: the heathen are
perished out of his land. Who is this King of glory (Psa 24:8) Who is this King of glory? The LORD strong
and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle. God is my King of old (Psa 74:12) For God is my King of old,
working salvation in the midst of the earth.

26 2. God places a new king over the kingdoms

27 Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God (Eze 28:12-15) Son of man, take up a lamentation upon
the king of Tyrus, and say unto him, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Thou sealest up the sum, full of wisdom,
and perfect in beauty. Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God ; every precious stone was thy
covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the
emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in
thee in the day that thou wast created. Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee
so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones
of fire. Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in
thee.
28 For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heavenI will exalt my throne above the stars of
GodI will sit also upon the mount of the congregation I will ascend above the heights of the cloudsI will
be like the most High (Isa 14:12-15) How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning!
how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! For thou hast said in thine heart,
I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of
the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the
most High. Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.

29 This is the place that history starts (where God’s plan for the earth began This is the place that
time will end. This is the place where Christ will return and rule for a thousand years EDEN

31 Thou sealest up the sum, full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty every precious stone was thy

32 (2Th 2:3-4) Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a
falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Who opposeth and exalteth
himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of
God, shewing himself that he is God.

33 SATAN’S KINGDOM OF HEAVEN (Rev 13:1-2) And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast
rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his
heads the name of blasphemy. And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as
the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his
seat, and great authority.

34 SATAN’S KINGDOM OF GOD (Rev 17:5-7) And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY,
BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. And I saw the
woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw
her, I wondered with great admiration. And the angel said unto me, Wherefore didst thou marvel? I will
tell thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and
ten horns.

35 SATAN’S KINGDOM OF GOD (Rev 13:11-15) And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth;
and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. And he exerciseth all the power of the first
beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose
deadly wound was healed. And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven
on the earth in the sight of men, And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those
miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that
they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live. And he had
power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause
that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.
