Carpet Cleaning

On Tuesday, November 2nd, Nu-Life Carpet cleaning will be in the building to clean all of the
common area carpets. This will include all of the halls and stairwells. They will be in on Friday,
October 29th to pre-treat all major stains.
We ask your cooperation on that day and be patient with the crew.
The carpets have never been cleaned so this is quite exciting for all of us. We hope that in the
future, if you spill in any common area, that you will be responsible enough to clean your spill
immediately. If you neglect to do this you will be charged with the cost of cleaning.

Visitor Parking
You may have noticed that we have changed the hours
for overnight visitor parking. This was a result of discus-
sion at the AGM on September 11th. As of now, the
new hours are from 12:00 am (midnight) until 6:00 am am.
Any visitors staying beyond midnight will need to display
a Visitor Parking Permit on their dash fully completed
with all required information or will risk the chance of
being ticketed. Repeat offenders may be towed away .
Our lot is patrolled regularly by City of Calgary Parking
Authority.
Please keep in mind that owners are not to park in the
visitor parking for extended periods of time or over-
night.
You may not park any large vehicles that use up more
than one parking stall unless you have the approval of
the board.

you are found to have a visiting dog in the building.
Some of you may find this harsh but we have dogs barking and
annoying neighbors, dogs urinating on our carpets, running
around the building off leashes, several of our residents have
serious allergies and this is just not acceptable.
Thank you for obeying the rules.

Moving In or Out

Every one should be aware by now that the elevator needs to be booked for
a move. Side entrances are not to be used for any move neither are the
stairs as these are not wide enough and are easily damaged.

A $500 fine will now be charged to everyone that does not report their
move and book the elevator with Condominium First prior at least one week
prior to the move.
We encourage all Owners that have rentals in the building to advise their
renters of this policy and once you know that you have someone moving in
or out, ensure that they follow through with the booking or do it yourself as
you will be the one liable.
