Preface
Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has been making considerable impact
on the society due to their universal spread. The urban communities have seen the positive
contribution of ICT’s in several dimensions like increases in efficiencies, communication and
information on anytime-anywhere basis.
Today, Information and Communication Technology is of first rate in education systems.
ICT has an important prominent role in knowledge due to its changeable ability and its capability
to making relationship among students. Change-oriented approach believes in change of ICT, has
changed the tools and even the policies and educational goals basically and fundamentally. If an
appropriate effort is accomplished in order to proper application of IT and making it a base in
development programmed can be achieved, this can be considered one of the greatest resource of
skilful and proficient human power in IT and can play on important scientific and economic role
in the Country and in world competitions as well as it provides the real opportunity for
fundamental progress and development of the country.
As an ICT student, gaining knowledge and skills through my specializations really hone
me to become aware in the real world, even at young age. ICT does not only focus on the
mastery on today’s generation but also hones our talents and skills to be globally competitive in
the next generation.

Chapter 1
History
Barucboc National High School, formerly Quezon High School Barucboc Extension is a
learning institution that caters to the needs of the youth for today and for the next generation.
It was established in the year 2002 and became independent last July 28, 2009under the
administration of Mr. Joel R. Antipolo, the school head now Principal I. The school is known to
be the Best Implementer of Brigada Eskwela 2012 and the official entry of Isabela in the
Regional Level under the small school category, because of its very dedicating and hardworking
stakeholders who exerted their effort in bringing their best in collecting endeavors for the whole
school community.
Students are our employers, armed them with thoughts for worth-living in the future.
Disciplined and brought them to become a good citizen. Provided all the necessary knowledge
for a productive life. Its number of enrollees are growing in number for the reason that many
people are relying and believing to the standard of learning that the school is providing to its
students.
It is a small and growing school but is not behind considering its performances. Its
facilities as well are improving and continuously upgrading. It is the only school in the
community which is installed with a wireless Internet connection which is really needed for the

research of its students.The numbers of the faculty are harmoniously working together for the
progress of the school. The school head is restlessly leading and managing top create a
remarkable and impressive projects for the betterment of the whole.

CHAPTER II
Lado Del Rio Resort, Hotel, and Restaurant was a part of a corporation of family
Calderon. The resort was started to establish in the year of 2011 January 03 and
after 3 months of construction Lado Del Rio Resort is officially open for service.
Lado Del Rio resort offer different kinds of cabana that is suitable for any size and
numbers of persons. Lado Del Rio have two pools, pool for children have unique
and wonderful slides and it is just 2 feet suitable for children age 3 above. The
other pool has a wide range and it has Jacuzzi good for night swimming.
After one year, Lado Del Rio Resort established their own Hotel, the old House
beside the resort is been adopted and after the renovation the house became a
traditional grand Pension House Hotel Lado Del Rio Resort became Lado Del Rio
Hotel and Resort.
In the Year of 2016,Lado Del Rio Hotel and resort Opened their Restaurant having
different kinds of Filipino Delicacies and even Different countries delicacies. Lado
Del Rio now can be called Lado Del Rio Resort, Hotel and Restaurant offer their
full Passion in Service.

NARRATIVE REPRT FOR LADO DEL RIO RESORT

AND RESTAURANT
Our first day of immersion was at Lado Del Rio Resort and Restaurant wherein our
Teacher Sir Marcelo Sakiting endorsed us to the HR head Sir Erik Tagudin who oriented us
about The rules and regulation of the Lado Del Rio Resort and Restaurant before we proceed to
our designated Areas, the office of Admin is where I am designated.
In my first I felt a little bit nervous Because it’s first time to experience working in an
office and with known people with high intellect But it’s okay because I can adjust easily with
people and environment
My first day of work I meet sir Ferdinand Cabida Laison officer of Skinconcept and Cal
delinks summit he is my supervisor Sir Ferdinand go with him all branch of company to collect
sales then deposit and incash money to china bank after deposit and incash money sir Ferdinand
go to PNP for Updating Password Account the work of sir Ferdinand is than, for the dinner All
admin officers of the Cal delinks summit and all OJT’s are eat together.
At that moment ,I can say that it’s fun to work in this kind of office where you can
communicate effectively and make a good relationship with other people .And while you are
working ,you can understand what are they doing because they were very communicative and
approachable.
In my second week as an OJT, Cutting fliers of skin concept and Lado Del Rio Resort
and Restaurant with Franz Abad then Decorating office of Admin ,John allan Valdez I
accompanied him to deliver the papers in the skin concept because sir Erik said. Sir Ferdinand
accompanied him to collect all sales then after we deposit it at the bank.Sir AV he said gave
Fliers to centro roxas so Erika and I went to Centro Roxas and gave Fliers to the people there,
Fliers of Lado Del Rio Resort and Restaurant .
December,10/2018 This day is preparing for the Christmas party of employees of all
branches of our respective company helping us serve their meals and roasting barbeque.
Sir Av said to take a picture in the wedding booth. Then I observe my co-student trainee
in there examination and I clean the office. Sir Erik Tagudin told me to Print applicant letter and
after that he teach me use excel application to type Overtime, Under time Form ,Travel Order.
Sir Ferdinand go with him to collect sales in Isabela Spring , 3m Pizza , Skin Concept ,
SPA and Cold Sarap then Deposite the money to China bank after all we go to PBI for the
updating Password account.

Last week as an OJT at Lado del Rio Resort and Restaurant ,Cutting and Numbering
ticket, Fliers of Lado Sir Av he said laminating signage of Resort and Resto then all we put in
the cottages in Resort, Franz John allan and me we went to Centro Roxas to buy Photo paper
Bond paper, Cellphone.Printing SSS Social Security System , Undertime Form and Travel order.
