INFORMATION
The undersigned Associate Prosecution Attorney II
accuses Dmatcho with violation of Section 5, Article II of RA
9165 for selling methamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu,
committed as follows:
That on or about October 25, 2018, in the City of Baguio
Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable
Court, the accused, Allan Wilhelm Dmatcho a resident of
No. 1 City Camp Lagoon, twenty five (25) years old, not
being lawfully authorized to sell deliver, transport,
distribute or give away to another any dangerous drug,
did then and there wilfully, unlawfully and feloniously
sell and deliver to SPO4 Max A. Padilla, a member of the
PNP, Baguio City Police Office who acted as police
poseur-buyer, one (1) plastic containing approximately
fifteen (15) grams of white crystalline substance as
certified by P/INSP. BRET D. RIVERA as
METHAMPHETAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE (SHABU), and
said accused knowing the same to be a dangerous drug.
