LOTUS TEXTILE

• During job in M/s. Lotus Textile, I was independently involved in some

other erections and modifications. My assignments were as follows:

1. Erection & Commissioning of Manfort Thermex (Continuous Dyeing).

2. Modification work of Mercerizing Machine, Changing from Ring

Transformer to individual DC Drive System.

MOON LIGHT INDUSTRIES

• I was involved in some erection & modification jobs Descriptions are as

follows:

1. Modification of Continuous Bleaching Machine, change from old drive to

Semiconductor DC drives system. This system designing is based on
close loop system.

2. Modification of Famatex Stenter Burner System, Changing the Control

System & Installing the New Temperature Controller & Flame
programmers.

3. Designing of Washing Range Pane. Erection & Commissioning of Zimmer

RSDM 565 Rotary Printing, fully Automated & Computerized.

4. DC motor Control in Synchronization Mode with close loop control system,

each DC motor control was individual semiconductor drives with Tacho
Feed Back.

GULL AHMED TEXTILE MILL

• I was involved in erection & modification in Gul Ahmed Textile Mills Ltd.,
Unit #. 8. My main responsibilities are as follows:
 1. Erection & Commissioning of Babcock Stenter. This is a DCS system.
I worked in a Stenter PLC Program.

2. Erection / commissioning of integrated paste system. Brandmake is Strock

Barbanenet (Holland).

3. Designed Thermo-oil heater Control Panel. Mechanical system designed

by Sitara Engineering.

4. Designed a curing Machine Electrical control system. This system is AC
Invertors Drive System with close loop designing.

5. Involved in erection / commissioning of flock coating unit in GTM 8. There

were 2 stenter with flock & coating line.

6. I completed erection & commissioning of Eglie flock & coating line.

This system is PLC based Simatic S-7 300 base systems.

7. My working responsibility is to look after the electrical and electronics

maintenance of a finishing and dyeing plant. The machine description is
following:

o Stenter Finishing Machines.

o Shrinking Range Machines.
o Calendar Machines.
o Nipco-L Calendar.
o Stork Age Machines.
o Goller bleaching and Mercerizing range.

8. I was responsible for the implementation of Computerized Maintenance

Management Systems (MP2 by Data Stream, USA).

• Presently, I am working in Artistic Milliners Unit No. 4 as a Manager

Electrical, Electronics and Power House. My responsibilities are to look
after all plant, electrical and electronics maintenance and troubleshooting.

• I completed erection and commissioning of denim weaving, dyeing &

finishing machinery. The machine description are as follows:

1. Ball warping. (West point).

2. Rebeamers (West point).
3. Morrison indigo dyeing. (MorrisonTextileMachinery USA).
4. Sizing 12 Creel (Beninger Zell).
5. Flat finishing and over dyeing range. (MorrisonTextileMachinery USA).

My job responsibilities are as follows:

• Operational control of power house, distribution equipment & utilities.

• Load center management & Supervision of Routine/Casual changes.

• Liaison with Electrical Inspectorate, S.S.G.C, and other agencies.

• Maintenance management of entire generation, transmission, distribution

network, weaving looms, process machines and accessories.

• Spares/Consumables inventory management for all equipment and

machines.

• Planning and implementation of routine/periodic maintenance.

• Organization and administrative control over Power House, Electrical,

Electronics, Air conditioning department staff.

• Liaison with vendors of all equipment for technical back-up and seeking
assistance, trouble shooting and arrangement of spares for timely
rectification of faults.
