this study found that two basic measures of modern development, population per square mile and
per capita income, are both positively related to total MSW generated at the county level and
together explain about 73 percent of the variation in the dependent variable. The evidence
corroborates the metabolic-rift theory. The concentration of people onto smaller land areas, or
urbanization, and increasing wealth in a capitalist economy contribute to the metabolic rupture
between human society and the environment

analysis of all solid wastegenerated in the city, 2- determine the current state
of solid waste management in the zone and to identify programs conducted, 3- Design
and implementation of integrated solid wastes management pattern including design
and implementation of training programs, laws, penalties and incentives and explain and implement
programs for all factories and 4- The monitoring of the implementation process and determine the
results.

The purpose of this study is to determine the compliance on the management strategies
implemented by the local government units on environmental sustainability, the local governance
policies approved for the implementation of waste resource conservation and waste reduction, the
sustainability programs implemented by local government units to improve the environmental
governance on education; environmental governance on values; environmental governance on
health; and environmental governance on economic sufficiency; and to identify the initiatives
designed by the local government units to decentralize the leadership on waste sustainability among
local government branches. Secondary data was used to determine the compliance of policies
implemented by the local government units. The survey method was employed
