UNNUMBERED RESOLUTION
S.Y. 2016-2017

Resolution for the application of demolition permit to the Engineering Department, City of
Urdaneta for the demolition of one (1) 34-year old PTA/LGU school building to give way for the
new school building grant by the Department of Education (DepEd).

WHEREAS, the school has no alternative place for the said building due to the school’s
limited area.

WHEREAS, the said building will only be demolished once the construction of the new
building has been approved and commence instantaneously after the demolition.

WHEREFORE, on the motion of Ms. Rofel B. Caoile, PTA President of Don Alipio
Fernandez, Sr Integrated School and duly seconded by all, it was

RESOLVED, as it is HEREBY RESOLVED the application of demolition permit to the

Engineering Department for the demolition of one (1) building to give way for the new school
building grant by the Department of Education (DepEd).

RESOLVED FURTHER that copies of the said Resolution be furnished to the

Engineering Department and other offices concerned.

APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
