AFFIDAVIT

I, Rowena Tamayo, of legal age and a resident of Tangke St. Brgy.

Malinta, Valenzuela City. After having been duly sworn to in accordance
with the law, hereby depose and say that:
1. I live in a house right next to that of Rodolfo and Vanessa
Panganiban.

2. I reside in that same house since 1999.

3. On or about 10:00 in the evening of 24 December 2018, I am standing

outside the door of my house, and playing Mobile Legends on my
tablet.

4. I saw Vanessa Panganiban (hereafter “Vanessa”) alone, with a large

suitcase, locking the door of her house.

5. As a normal greeting to a neighbor, I asked Vanessa where she is

heading.

6. Vanessa, who seemed nervous, looked at me briefly but did not

answer.

7. Vanessa hurriedly walked away and almost running from her house
with her suitcase.
8. I am executing this sworn affidavit to supplement the complaint-
affidavit filed by Rodolfo Panganiban Sr.

9. This affidavit is executed out of my own will.
