I've been working as a freelance tech project manager, ux/ui , fullstack developer, devop, interface 
designer and animator for the past 5 years. It was a fun ride, scrumify some projects, cheer the dev 
team, developing full e-commerce sites, API services, config AWS servers, animating html elements, 
leading a developers group, lead a product design process, even making some 3D in canvas. And of 
course knowing how to get rid of some common bugs easily. Maybe I could join you in your journey of 
developing the next big thing.  
 
My strongest skills are: Management, Planning, Advice, User Interface, User Experience, Frontend, 
Backend and Development of technological projects (web and mobile apps). Deployment Workflows 
and Agile Development. I have experience in Ruby on Rails,Wordpress, Dev Op, React and Angular JS(2, 
4, 6), Hybrid Apps (Ionic). Also I've been experimenting with HTML animation, Canvas and SVG. It would

As a freelancer I was on and off since 2011. I have the chance to work remotely with teams from around 
the globe in countries like Sweden, United Arab Emirates, Perú, Canada, USA, CostaRica, Brazil.

In parallel devs I have to take projects based on wordpress and angular to fix whatever requirement the 
client asked. Change some interface assets, build a new component and connect a new service from

Synaptop was a small startup focused on live stream hosted events from paramount pictures. My work 
there was to interview new android developers and identify if they were compatible with the job and 
project. Also when an new developer came on board I need to get him going and help him in whatever 
task he struggle. I was in charge of the management and daily review of progress, we were using 
SCRUM methodology for the workflow. Because the team was small, I have to step up sometimes to 
design some interfaces and user paths for the ios app. My biggest challenge was integrate some 
frontend design in the vue.js views because I never used vue.js before.

I have the opportunity to work in a very small startup in monterrey, méxico. Two investors, one 
salesman , one support person, and me as a developer. The objective here was to build a TMS with the 
ability to answer geolocated reports. This job was the one that I learned the most, I have the chance to 
set the path of all the tech decisions. We need to start from the ground creating a workflow and 
making mistakes and correct our path. First I have to build the VPS for all the tools that we need to 
start working, the gitlab repositories, integrate some management tools and meet the SCRUM 
methodology. Then I build an API in RoR, a web dashboard in angular, and the design for it. When that 
was finished, We hired an android developer to help us out with the development of the android app. 
Help him with the design and integration to the API. Then with the clients growth we have to integrate 
two more developers and I stepped up to do more management and code review, also start the 
automation of the Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment. And lastly migrate the API to 
AWS to keep up with the user demand and scale the API making it a docker image and deploy it with 
RancherOS and kubernetes. Was a fun ride.

Working 2 years as a web developer for the 3rd best agency in the world and multi cannes award 
winning Grupo W was one of the best experiences I had. I owe my RoR knowledge to this agency and 
the dev team. Also my frontend skills were pushed to the limits with the finest web design team 
working in the agency at that time.
