Social Studies Standard: 4.SS.2.1.1 Use geographic skills to collect, analyze, interpret, and communicate data.
Objective/s: Students will be able to identify 4 out of 4 cardinal directions on a map with 100% accuracy.
Vocabulary terms and definitions:
Collect means to bring or gather together.
Analyze is to discover or reveal through detailed examination.
Interpret means to explain the meaning of something.
Data is facts and statistics gathered together for reference or analysis.
Technology Integration: ICT.K-2.2.a Students practice responsible use of technology through teacher- guided online activities and
interactions to understand how the digital space impacts their life.

Students will use the above website to play the game on cardinal directions.

Accommodations:
1) The students may work in small grade level teams to provide scaffolding and tutoring to one another.
2) The required writing is short answers and is easily organized into a Venn diagram.
3) The teacher will roam around the class and answer any questions that might arise.
4) The student may use a text reader to help with fluency and comprehension.
5) Teacher will read aloud the instructions to the students.

each of your tables that you will need to complete.
