the prompt service to valued customers. Atlas Copco Bangladesh Limited is part of the Worldwide Atlas
Copco Group with its Head Quarters in Stockholm, Sweden. Since its inception, the Group has been
foremost in the design and manufacture of Air and Gas Process Compressors and is today one of the
largest manufacturers of this equipment through the world.

In this connection to this matter our terms & conditions will be maintained as follows:

1) Service charge for reprogramming of your GA 132 Air Compressor Elektronikon BDT 18,500.00 (Including
VAT 15%)

Payment: The payment terms along with purchase order as follows:

i) You have to pay advance payment in favor of Atlas Copco Bangladesh Ltd.
ii) The payment should be paid in local currency with A/C payee cheque in favor
of Atlas Copco Bangladesh Limited.
