SECTION I
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Pokemon is one of the most famous anime and manga series in Japan that also gained

popularity around the world especially here in the Philippines. Developers even created a game

featuring Pokemon characters that is really popular until now.

Pokemon Shop is a pastry shop selling variety of cookies with the Pokemon theme together

with different kinds of chocolate drinks. It will also accept to host birthday parties and serve

Pokemon cookies together with a free Pokemon-Themed Cake and requested Pokemon Mascot.

The business expects to catch the interest of lot of costumers, generally moms with their kids

or even adults who love Pokemon as well as chocolate lovers. We also expect regular customers

that will be interested with the variety of cookies and chocolate drinks. The business is planned

to be realized in a town since the competition will not be very tight yet there are still a lot of

people and tourists.

Adelina Mabansag and Diosdado Mabansag. He is currently studying at Pagsulhugon National

High School. In the future, he will become a Chef.

BIBLIOTICA
She was born in November 6, 2000 in Tacloban City, Leyte. Her parents are Rosalina

Bibliotica and Alfredo Bibliotica. She is currently studying at Pagsulhugon National High

School. In the future, she will become a Certified Public Accountant.

She was born in April 24, 1999 in Brgy. Victory, Babatngon, Leyte. Her mother is

Catalina Biros. She is currently studying at Pagsulhugon National High School. In the future, she

He was born in December 13, 1994 in Malabon, Metro Manila. His parents are Amparo

Macasa and Rodrigo Macasa. He is currently studying at Pagsulhugon National High School. In

the future, he will become a Seaman.

OVERVIEW OF THE BUSINESS

The Pokemon Shop brings you cute cookies that have unique and new taste that will suit

the Filipino-Style taste. It serves products with common Filipino ingredients yet in new delicious

flavors. Pokemon Shop also serves variety of Chocolate Drinks that catches the attention of all

chocolate lovers. Pokemon Shop gives the best service and the best cookies together with a fun

vibe that makes it memorable to every customer.

We named the business “Pokemon Shop” since it mainly serves cookies with the

Pokemon Theme.

1. The Best Ingredients

In order to satisfy the taste preference of the customers and their expectation from the

cute design of the cookies, we need to have the best ingredients.

2. Talented Bakers

The best ingredients need talented chefs for the cookies to be baked well and delicious as

well as have the expected appearance of the cookies.

3. Variety of Well-Made Chocolate Drinks

The shop does not only offer cookies but delicious chocolate drinks as well. Of course, to

serve delicious cookies and satisfy the customers, promising drinks should be served as

well.

4. Pokemon Party Costumes

Pokemon Shop will also host kids’ birthday parties so pokemon costumes are also needed.

5. Pokemon Souvenirs

The shop will be needing pokemon souvenirs that will catch the attention of the

customers for them to become more interested in buying our products.

6. One-Stop-Shop

A pastry shop is needed to bring all the necessities mentioned above to the customers.

Our shop will consider the affordability of our products to meet with the needs and

demand of our consumers while considering the quality of the products we will offer. Generally,

the price of our products will be based on the cost of the production plus a small mark-up for the

profit.

Our shop will use the following medium of advertisement:

Cellphone – this will be for better communication with the customers.

Newspaper - this will be used to publicize the business especially in the opening.

Posters - this is for potential customers who might be interested in visiting the shop.

Newspapers. It will publicize the shop for the customers to know about it. The page will include

the shop's location, the date of the shop opening and the products and services it will offer.

Promotions. We will use the social media, flyers and posters to advertise our shop together with

the products and services we offer to the customers.

In order to deliver the products to our customers, we will use the following:

Special Prices. This is to attract potential customers to buy a certain product.

Pokemon Stuff Freebies. This is to attract the potential customers to buy products that will

reach a certain amount to avail freebies.

Kids Birthday Party Hosting Offers. This is to attract potential customers to get our service

that will also grant them a Pokemon Mascot with the Pokemon Character of their choice.

business. She is the one to produce innovative

According to our vision which is “To be the best pastry shop that will bring

sweetness everyday together with a spark of fun for everyone, a stress-reliever and a shop

that will be memorable to every costumer.”, the desired outcome of our business is to

become successful in terms of serving as happiness to our customers and for every one of

them to remember about the vibe we give in our shop for them to have the urge to come

back all over again.

a. Employees

Employees will be given reasonable income in terms of their work. The shop will

also give 13th month pay to every employee every year before Christmas in order to

give back the efforts and loyalty they gave to the business and for being a part of its

success. Employees will also be allowed to file for leave for a certain time period.

b. Community

The business can contribute to the innovation of the community being the first

pastry shop in the area. The business administration will also conduct job hiring

whenever needed in order to help those deserving people in the community to find job

in our shop.
