Dear All,

This may be useful for you. Prof Anul Perera, Professor in Chemical Engineeirng,
University of Moratuwa has invented a wonderful external application (comes in two
packs costing about Rs 5000) that can cure any kind of arthritis in less than one month,
and you will see the positive results in less than two days.

This is how arthritis happen. With aging, a joint might become slightly affected due to
swelling. Then, this will reduce the blood supply (so oxygen and other needs) and at
the same time reduce sending all kinds of waste products back to the kidney. Thus, the
accumulation of this dirt makes a hell of a mess in the joint and we call it arthritis. Some
people like to have this since the name sounds good.

However, it is nasty and make it impossible for you to walk or attend to any
work. Western treatment has some medicine, but no cure. So, Prof Anul can be
considered as a genius since his external application can cure very fast.

This is how it works. The first pack absorbed via skin will soften the blocked area and
facilitate blood circulation. The second pack will active the nerves so that the brain will
get to know that there is something wrong with the joint and will try its best to get it right.

So, after about one week, the system will start the repair work or regenerating the joint
back to normalcy.

So, if you have anybody known with arthritis, please contact Prof Anula Perera at
0777717895. He is the elder brother of one of the best Neuro surgeons of Asia (if not
the best in the world). Dr Sunil performs over 100 serious brain surgeries per year and
hence has experience un-parallel to any in USA, UK or Australia.

If you wish to have a permanent cure, then you can detoxify your body while attending
to the above treatment.

For that you can use the following simple boiled drink of herbs.

1. Aralu 120 grams

2. Bulu 30 grams
3. Nelli 30 grams
4 Senehe kola 30 grams (all these, you can see on internet).

Then, boil 8 cups of water down to 2 cups. Then, on a Friday night, make this and drink
one cut after adding some sugar and then drink the remaining cup immediately after
getting up Saturday morning. This will remove all the toxins from your stomach and you
will feel that the body is very light. Do this for three more weekends.
To continue purging, drink plain tea without sugar and stop purging, eat rice or any
other good meal. It is good to clear the bowls at least 4 time before you stop it to get
the maximum benefit of this herbal drink.

You will not have any toxins after that for the next 6 months and your stomach that was
projecting 3-4 inches will vanish in no time after a treatment lasting one month.

So, you can repeat this once every 6 months and our ancestors did that. So they never
had any skin deceases or non-communicable disease. It can also cure chronic gastritis
for which you may have to do this twice with a gap of 3 days and then do it three more
weekends.

If you wish, please share this information. If you wish to have a similar simple cure for
CKDU (Chronic Kidney Disease of Unknown Etiology), I can tell that if such a request
comes. It takes only 12 days to cure CKDU and it consists of a herbal drink of 6 herbs
and also few other simple things to be done. In Sri Lanka, many die due to CKDU and
this simple medicine can cure anybody needing dialysis, if his/her stars are good and
not destined to die.

With best wishes,

Thishan.

Prof M T R Jayasinghe.

2)
Dear All,

Earlier, I sent a method to detoxify the body with Aralu, Bulu, Nelli and Senehekola
based decoction.

decoction

/dɪˈkɒkʃ(ə)n/
noun
1. a concentrated liquor resulting from heating or boiling a substance, especially a
medicinal preparation made from a plant.
"a decoction of a root"
o the action or process of extracting the essence of something.
"decoction is used for woody plant material such as roots and bark"

Now, you might wonder how this well known structural engineer and the lecturer who
can complete the design of a 40 storey building in half a day with both super and sub
structure completed or design any kind of bridge on one side of a half sheet
(sometimes, I may need about 3 pages to produce a very optimized bridge design) or
can design any structure under the sky without looking at any code of practice or design
guide by using many rules of thumb that he has developed himself (an optimum design
completed in less than one day if out of steel and in half a day if out of concrete or
timber or masonry or any other material like Aluminium, Titanium, etc. where the
material properties like stress and strain curves, density, etc. are given).

There are few key words that you have to first understand: "Ala" means the yam of a
creeper, "Dandu" means the stem, "Pothu" means bark of a tree and "Kalan" means a
measure of weight equivalent to a 5 rupee or 1 GBP coin or is about 5 grams.

Bark is the outermost layers of stems and roots of woody plants. Plants
with bark include trees, woody vines, and shrubs. Bark refers to all the tissues outside
the vascular cambium and is a nontechnical term. It overlays the wood and consists of
the innerbark and the outer bark.

In traditional medicine, for a full decoction, it is 12 Kalan or 12 x 5 grams = 60 grams.

So, I got the conversion wrong yesterday.

For full detoxification, it should be read as follows:

Aralu Kalan 6 (30 grams)

Bulu Kalan 2 (10 grams)
Nelli Kalan 2 (10 grams)
Senehe kola 2 Kalan (10 grams). So, you can see that I have given a full
decoction. Generally a full decoction is reduced from 8 cups to 1, but I have modified it
to be 8 cups to 2 with my experience. However, we must follow the theory that a full
decoction is 12 Kalan or 60 grams and a half decoction (generally given for kids under
10 year of age) is 6 Kalan or 30 grams and is reduced from 4 cups to 1.

Now, you can see that the traditional medicine is not just an art, but it is a
science. Since, I have mastered this science, I can help to cure any illness under the
sky including cancer where sometimes I rely fully on traditional plant based medicine
and sometimes I try to supplement the modern advanced treatments like chemotherapy
by detoxification and strengthening of the immunity system. So, if your stars are good
and you are not destined to die, I can cure that patient in less than one month under
normal situations and in serious cases like cancer, I will need the full duration that the
modern western medicine need to administer chemo. However, I can assure, I can get
a progress that will keep the modern doctors in total disbelief how chemo that they
generally use can work so well in my patients, but not with the normal patients who rely
only on the western treatment (this is all based on first hand experience of treating one
of my batch mates who had a very advanced state of Multiple Myeloma which is one of
the worst cancers. I got his sorted out so rapidly, but it looks like the Oncologist got it
wrong when he fully stopped Chemo after giving 24 doses. He should have continued
with a low dose for about one more year. However, my friend died about 16 months
after we got involved and also got fully cured after about 10 Chemo doses and then still
continued for 24 doses (we did not like him continuing over full 24 with full strength, but
could have gone over a longer time with half doses or even less).

Then, you will ask whether the Oncologist is at fault. The answer is firm NO. He had
such bad stars to that he was destined to die, but we delayed it by some time with our
wonderful medicine. When somebody is destined to die, nothing can be done

With best wishes,

Thishan.

Dear All,

I gave the basis of Decoctions based on herbs in the previous email.

Now, the medicine.

If you have heat based ailments, you can have a decoction with 12 ingredients to bring
about the correct balance of air, Pith and Phlegm as described in the traditional native
medicine practiced (or often misused due to lack of knowledge and castigated as one
that can cause the failure of kidney and bring about the death) very successfully in Sri
Lanka to have a very long life expectancy:

Aralu, Bulu, Nelli, Rasakinda, Dummalla Dandu, Katukarosana, Valmi, Ahala Pothu,
Sudu Handun, Pawatta Mul (Mul means roots), Eramusu, Senehe kola

Now, you can see I have given 12 herbs. Some will clean your bowels - Aralu and
Senehekola
Some will clean your blood - Rasakinda, Dummalla Dandu, Katukarosana, Ahala Pothu,
Sudu handun
Some will clean your kidney - Eramusu
Some will prevent you getting phlegm - Nelli, Valmi, Pawatta Mul
Some will balance - Bulu
Now, you can see that the I have used many methods to balance Wa, Pith and sem (Air
in the body, Pith means the substances from Pancreas needed to digest food

Now, the weight. We have 12 items which means 12/12 or 1 Kalan or 5 grams from
each herb.

Reduce 8 cups to 1 and then 1/2 cup after dinneer with Bees' honey (you have to buy
the original) and sugar to ensure that the medicine will be absorbed to the body.
The remaining 1/2 cup in the next day morning with Bee's honey and Sugar.

You can have this done immediately after the Saturday that you have had Aralu Kalan
6, Bulu Kalan 2, Nelli Kalan 2 and Senehekola Kalan 2.

This will have a minor cleansing effect of bowels and no purging as in the above Aralu,
Bulu, Nelli and Senehekola. Hence, you can go to work while drinking this.

I will give the other ones CKDU if somebody requests. Otherwise, I have showed the
way I mastered the art which was told to me by one of our elderly family friend who
knew the native treatment to very end of it. So, I converted to an art and now I can
modify and give medicine for any illness that you can get under the sky.

With best wishes for a healthy life,

Prof M T R Jayasinghe,
Senior Professor,
Department of Civil Engineering,
University of Moratuwa.

The magic of bulu

by Namini Wijedasa
Bulu (Terminalia belerica) is called Beleric Myrobalan or Bedda Nut in English while its
Sanskrit names are Bibhitaki or Bhaira. It is a tree which grows throughout Indian
forests and plains. The parts used are fruit and seeds. Contrary to its name, bulu is not
a nut.

Bulu is administered as an infusion, decoction, powder or paste, depending on the type

of ailment.

There are two common varieties of bulu: the large, fleshy type and the small variety.
Bulu vitiates all three humours — vatha, kapha and pitta.
Bulu is widely used in Ayurvedic remedies and there is a wealth of information on the
Internet about its properties and benefits.

The Web site <www.holistic-online.com> notes that bulu is anthelmintic, antiseptic,

astringent, expectorant, laxative, lithotriptic, rejuvenative and a tonic.

It is principally employed as a treatment for digestive and respiratory problems. The

fruit also has antioxidant and antibacterial properties.

"Ayurveda recognises the utility of this herb for the treatment of ailments such as
nausea, cold, vomiting, cough, bronchitis, catarrh, chronic diarrhoea, dysentery and
eye disorders," the site explains..

It adds that bulu is used to treat laryngitis, headache, haemorrhoids, parasites, stones,
kapha digestive disorders, urinary tract stones, stomach, liver disorders, gastro-
intestinal tract diseases, poor appetite, sore throats and voice (mixed with honey or
used as a gargle).

It is a brain and stomach tonic. Externally, it is used as an antiseptic lotion, paste for
pitta swellings and eye diseases. Dried ripe fruit is used for the treatment of oedema
and for ophthalmia in combination with honey .

The Web site <www.herbscancure.com> says that bulu "primarily supports the healthy
formation of three bodily tissues — nutrient plasma (Rasa Dhatu), muscle (Mamsa
Dhatu) and bone (Asthi Dhatu)."

Bulu is one of the three ingrients of the Triphala formula in Ayurveda — aralu (Indian
Gallnut), bulu, nelli (Indian Gooseberry). "Triphala aids digestion and nourishes the
body tissues, helps scrub the colon, and supports the action of other ingredients in any
well-balanced formula," the Web site explains.

The Web site <www.herbscancure.com> has a wide variety of information about

Triphala. According to the site, Triphala corrects constipation, cleanses and tonify the
gastro intestinal tract; detoxifies the whole body and improves digestion and
assimilation; reduces high blood pressure and hypertension as well as improves blood
circulation. It acts as anti-viral, anti-bacterial, powerful anti-oxidant, and has anti-cancer
and anti-allergy properties.

The site elaborates that Triphala is also helpful in liver disorders and acts as an
expectorant. It is very effective in Irritable Bowel Syndrome and ulcerative colitis.

"Triphala is a powerful eye rejuvenator for treatment of conjunctivitis, progressive

myopia, the early stages of glaucoma and cataracts," it reveals, adding that the
combination of powders is highly anti-inflammatory, anti-viral and also stimulates bile-
flow and peristalsis.
Bulu works on the lungs, heart and liver.

According to <www.herbscancure.com>, studies of the fruit found that it contains up to

35% oil and 40% protein. "The oil is used in soap-making and by the poorer classes as
a substitute cooking oil for ghee," it observes.

"The sweet smelling oil is 35% palmitic, 24% oleic and 31% linoleic. Linoleic oil is an
essential fatty acid important for increasing HDL cholesterol, associated with a healthy
state and reducing LDL cholesterol, considered to indicate a higher-than-average risk
for developing coronary-heart disease."

The site says that bulu targets imbalances associated with the kapha or mucus
humour. It points out that Triphala is also widely taken for all eye diseases including the
treatment of conjunctivitis, progressive myopia, the early stages of glaucoma and
cataracts. For these conditions, it is taken daily both internally as well as externally as
an eye wash.

"Steep one tablespoonful of the Triphala powder in an eight ounce glass of water
overnight," it prescribes. In the morning, strain the infusion through a clean cloth. The
resultant tea is used to sprinkle over the eyes or used in an eyewash in an eyecup that
can be readily purchased at most drug stores."

"One can drink the remainder in one or two doses, morning and evening," it advises.
"Taken in this way for at least three months, Triphala becomes an herbal eye tonic."

Dr. Lakshmi Senaratne, chief scientist (Ayurveda) at the Bandaranaike Memorial

Ayurveda Research Institute, noted that bulu is used to treat leucoderma or vitiligo
(sudu kabara in Sinhala) in combination with the herb Psoralea corylifolia. Grind seeds
of Psoralea corylifolia with bulu stem juice and apply on the kabara.

Bulu seeds are effective treatment for renal calculi and is diuretic. For oedema and
swelling, inflamed glands or boils, the fruit paste is applied externally. The seed oil is
used in treatment of skin diseases and oedema, falling hair (applied on head) and sudu
kabara.

For cold, cough, asthma and phlegm, chew a piece of the fruit. For cuts, apply bulu
powder to stop bleeding. For conjunctivitis, apply bulu paste on eyelid.

Senaratne also had a simple remedy for chest pain: bulu with amukkara powder. Take
equal quantities of both with jaggery and hot water.

For acute asthma, powder 10 grams of bulu and take with bee’s honey. To increase
brain power, pour boiling water on bulu powder, steep overnight, strain and drink.
To reduce phlegm, take bulu with long pepper (thippili) and rock salt. Keep the mixture
in the mouth.

To relieve disurea, renal calculi and burning sensation in the body, take bulu powder
with bee’s honey. The dose is half-a-teaspoon, twice a day.

Senaratne observed that bulu seeds promote hair growth, prevents falling hair and
early greying. Head can be washed with bulu.

To soothe the eyes, crush the fruits, immerse in water overnight and wash eyes with
the strained liquid. For wounds, burn the fruit, mix ash with ghee and apply. The fruit,
powdered finely, is used as tooth powder by sufferers of wasted gums, decaying teeth,
ulcers in the gums and sore throat.

should not find fault with the people who treated the patient. We should never take
them to courts. All the doctors give treat the patients with utmost care except few who
might not do it properly.

For example, my good friend, Dr LakKumar, the well known Pediatrician and now
mastered the art and science of treating the Dengue patients and also works as the
Negambo hospital (also treats at the Negambo Nawaloka hospital for those who wish to
have private care but bills might exceed Rs 50,000 per day sometimes) sleeps only 3
hours (from 3.30 am to 6.30 am) and will come and see the patients even at 12.30 am
or 2.00 am. I know this because he used to come to the construction site every day
after midnight when I got about 58,000 sq ft built in just two months with 30,000 sq ft
completed in less than one month with all the floors given ceramic tile finish at a cost of
Rs 3500 per sq ft (about 17 GBP) in 2015 starting somewhere in July and finishing in
September. We had a wonderful team of young engineers who were given the
leadership by Dr Sujeewa Lewangamage, Dr Udeni Nawagamuwa and Mr Nuwan
Senaka of Maga Engineering those days (now Senaka has his own firm after leaving
the Maga Engineering dejected due to all the troubles created by Mr Shiromal Fernando
by telling so may lies using his charming smile and now is driven by around in his brand
new BMW 7 series long wheel base hybrid car costing Rs 33 million while having his Rs
21 million Toyota Land Crusher Sahara V8 also as an additional vehicle to travel in
places with difficult terrains that he bought in year 2013 - So, you can see that when
somebody cuts your throat, we should not worry, but work with determination and do
even better). This is the same I can say about when our Rs 35 million National
Research Council grant for research over 4 years converting waste to useful building
materials was rejected despite being fully recommended by all the referees after
listening to a 15 minute presentation made by Chintha (my wife is well known for
making wonderful presentations that attract the hearts and minds of the audience; we
know who did all this, but least bothered since in our case, every year our Industry
Sponsors spend over Rs 10 million to support our research (the only thing that they do
not support is the stipend of the research assistant).

So, when you ask Dr LakKumar whether you do not need more sleep, he says that the
well being of patients is more important than looking after himself. However, he takes
care of him very well and now in the process of getting another 2 storey building
(designed to have five floors) for the as the Pediatric ward as a total donation from
Melwa Wire Pvt Ltd, the steel r/f manufacturer who are all our good friends and also the
key sponsor of our International Conference on Sustainable Built Environment (ICSBE
2018) to be held in Kandy from 13th to 15th December, 2018.

The construction was done by State Development and Construction Corporation of Sri
Lanka (SD & CC). Thought the construction is over a long time ago and the repair of
the 8 storey building being done at snails pace due to the poor leadership given by the
top management of the SD &CC, we are yet to be paid over Rs 8 million (the
consultants fee) and also over Rs 4 million for the 5000 seal auditorium that I got to
SD&CC after taking to the H.E. the President despite he saying that SD &CC is a
useless semi government corporation suitable only to be black listed. Now, they have
completed the building, but yet to pay the furniture supplier, Damro Pvt Ltd, for 4500
very high quality chairs for over 6 months. This auditorium design is a very special one
since you can play basket ball international matches on a timber floor with cushioning
action.

With best wishes,

Thishan.

Dear all,

Today, I will give the medicine to cure CKDU. During year 2016, I think National
Research Council of Sri Lanka gave huge grants to the Medical doctors to find a cure
for CKDU which is caused by the over usage of fertilizer and pesticides that makes the
residue content in the drinking water too much and contain very harmful chemicals like
arsenic, etc.

These make the kidney very ill and the patient has to go on dialysis and will have a
painful death. GOSL has spend millions to get this sorted out. My good friend and
batch mate Eng. Harsha Sooriyarachchi did a wonderful project by giving Reverse
Osmosis plants to many rural villages and helped reduce CKDU by giving high quality
pure drinking water at a cost of 25 cents per liter (this is to cover the cost of electricity
and running costs). I am sure these merits will take him to a new level of mental
attainment for this man who meditates a lot and does only good for others and never
ever kills even a mosquito or an ant (leave aside other animals and also a total
vegetarian like Lord Buddha).

Now, the medicine to cure CKDU in 12 days:

Kiribadu Ala (to allow the contaminants to pass through the membranes and hence get
rid of the toxins)
Aswenna (cleanse the kidney)
Nerenchi (cleanse the kidney)
Rasakinda (kills toxins or remove toxicity in the body)
Valmi (a very good herb to settle the body)
Neeramulliya (help to flush the kindey)
Since 6 ingredients, we have to have 2 Kalan or 10 grams each to make 60 grams or 12
Kalan (the theory is still the same).

Reduce 8 cups to 1 and 1/2 cup with high quality Bee's honey and sugar in the night
and the rest the following morning again with Bee's honey. The patient must drink a lot
of high quality water and also should eat half of a raw "Kekiri" with Bee's honey every
morning and afternoon (one Kekiri per day). Kekiri is little hard, but can be eaten easily
and with Bee's honey, it is delicious.

Continue this for 4 day and then leave a gap of 4 day. After 4 days of treatment, all the
pains in the body of the patient will vanish and then will feel good.

Then, continue this for another 4 days and the patient should be cured if his/her stars
are good and not destined to die. It is very very effective in the early stages of CKDU
and can work on patients who are about to be given dialysis.

You can see that the medicine given is very simple and even a person without CKDU
can consume it once per year for 4 days. Nothing will happen except making the
Kidneys refreshed if you do not have any illness.

Please share this information with anybody who is affected by CKDU.

Tomorrow, I will tell how to cure cancer by supplementing the western treatment with
herb based detoxification and enhancing the immunity level to its best so that the
distorted cancer cells will not occur when the current ones die in a 14 day cycle. I
cannot give it today since I have get ready for my lecture on Sustainable Design and
Construction that I have to take from 1.15 pm to 4.15 pm, but I will take until around
5.30 pm. The reason is that I spend a substantial time talking about the related matters
than doing the lecture on direct subject matter. However, I have reformed the students
to the level that now they talk only in English in their hostels (to ensure that they
become very fluent in English), learn touch typing, learn Midas all modules since it is
freely available on their laptops, do not copy a single course work since coping is
against the principles of Buddhism since it is a kind of cheating, do not kill even a
mosquito since they have a deep understanding of Metta, Karuna, Muddhitha, Upekaha
and also Anithya, Dukka and Anathma (they also understand what is Dhana, Seela,
Bavana (meditation) and also know how to make the whole day a kind of meditation
which will make bring loads of good merits and make their minds very happy, so that
their bodies will respond very positively to a happy and a positive mind.

With best wishes and regards,

Thishan.

6)
Dear All,

Today, I will first tell you how to prevent the growth of cancer cells in the body.

Cancer cells are the cells with a distorted structure and can multiply very fast. The life
span is only 14 days (this is true for other cells as well, but not blood cells).

Cancer cells generally originate when the toxicity of the body is very high and the body
is acidic. Cancer cells can hardly grow when the body is alkaline or basic.

It is very easy to remove toxins from the body. Just cleanse the bowels with Aralu (6
kalan) and Bulu, Nelli and Senehe Kola (2 Kalan each) - Identified as 1 You can have it
once or twice and then you can decide by yourself how many more you need.

Then, use the one with 12 ingredients like Arlu, Bulu, nelli, Rasakinda, Dummalla Dadu,
etc. that I have already given - identified as 2.. Then, the days that you are not using
either 1 or 2, have 4 nos of Thripala if you want to loose weight and 2 Nos, if you do not
wish to reduced then just take 2 tablets for about one month.

This will minimize your chances of getting a cancer and you do not need to worry, even
if you get cancer, even then I can help you to get it cured.

In the next email, I will write how to cure cancer.

With best wished for a healthy life,

Prof M T R Jayasinghe
