New server: Four becomes one domovea basic
TJA670
In the intelligent home, less is more. With the new domovea,
we have therefore reduced the number of server modules to
a minimum, while enhancing the range of functions. The
new servers replace the former TJA450** server.
The new domovea basic TJA670 server now performs the
functions of the KNX easy TJA665 server and the TJA560
IoT Controller. This saves space in the technical centre and
time during planning, installation and configuration.
As of September 2019, the portfolio will be extended to in-
clude the domovea expert TJA470 server and the Hager
TJA510 Access Gate for door communication will also be in-
tegrated, which will enable the domovea functions to also
be used for functional building applications. We are there-
fore turning four modules into a single compact module,
opening up a world of new possibilities for your customers.

New visualisation: Better than ever!

As well as the hardware, we have also completely
overhauled our software. All smart home functions from
Hager are now combined in an intuitive operation and
IoT
visualisation solution. The dashboard has been designed
with state-of-the-art ergonomics in mind. All current IoT
trends have also been taken into account during the design
process. The result: With domovea, you can offer your
customers a smart home solution built on state-of-the-art
technology, aesthetics and user-friendliness.

The domovea user interface has therefore been
completely redesigned and adapted to the operat-
ing philosophy of mobile devices. The result:

Install and connect the server
The domovea basic server (TJA670)
only takes up six horizontal pitches
in the technical centre. It is simply
snapped onto the DIN rail, connected
to the KNX terminal and then
connected on the mains side of the
home router. Done!

Open Hager Pilot and
start the configuration
The Hager Pilot configuration app
guides you through all programming
steps. Simply enter the IP address in
the browser of your PC or download
the app for mobile devices from
Google Play (for Android) or the App
Store (for iOS).

Conclude and transfer
the configuration
Register the finished product in your
myHager customer account. Then
transfer the configuration to your cus-
tomer via e-mail. You can use Hager
Pilot to create and save a complete
backup. If desired, your customer can
also assign you administrator rights to
enable you to make adjustments to
the system via remote access.

Activate the application
Your customers must also register on
myHager. The new domovea app is
activated following a password-pro-
tected login. The user login is saved
so that the system always starts im-
mediately.

More versatility
The new flush-mounted
distribution board
Are you looking for a multi-functional distribution
cabinet for all applications? The new distribution
board for flush mounting or cavity wall mounting
impresses with its increased size, greater versatility
and extended interior. Ideal for all applications in
residential and functional buildings – from energy
distribution through to the use of multimedia.

The ultra-flat distribution board
A flat design, a broad range of appli-
cations: With an installation height of
just 110 mm, the new distribution
board is the ideal solution for increas-
ingly common cavity wall mounting. It
is also becoming necessary to house
more and more modular and commu-
nication devices. The focus of our new
range of distribution boards is there-
fore on expansion: With up to eight
rows and up to three panels. This pro-
vides sufficient space for all applica-
tions and the cabinet still lies flush on
any cavity wall.
Custom orders and configuration
As well as being able to order com-
plete cabinets, you can also build your
new distribution board to suit your
own personal requirements. This
means, for example, that you can or-
der your wall box, blind frame and
door separately. Or you can order the
wall box for the installation site first,
and the interior later, once plastering
is complete. You can choose from var-
ious doors depending on the applica-
tion: Made from robust sheet steel,
with plastic insert for optimum WLAN
­reception or with slits for improved
ventilation in cases of significant heat
build-up in the distribution board.
Optimum protection
High-quality products need to be ade-
quately protected. That's why we have
optimised the packaging. To protect it
from impact, the distribution board is
supplied in a robust, hard shell. An all-
round plaster guard and separate door
packaging have also been integrated.
This enables you to store the door
safely when carrying out plastering or
painting, whether at the installation
site or in your workshop.

The new flush-mounted distribution board with numerous
technical improvements has entered the race. Not only
have we minimised installation time, we have also opened
up a wider array of possible applications for you and your
customers.

Cable entry
The new distribution board provides
up to 130% more space for the inser-
tion of cables, lines and pipes. Cable
entry flanges at the top and bottom
save you the laborious task of thread-
ing in; simply cut out the pre-stamp-
ing, insert the cables and secure them
in place with the flanges.

Ventilation
Openings can be cut out at the top
and bottom, for example in order to
integrate cable inserts or a ventilation
kit (FD00P5) by way of improving heat
extraction in cases of heavy device
utilisation in cavity wall applications.
Additional plastic openings at the
sides and the rear improve the WLAN
signal.

Cable strain relief
All distribution boards feature cable
strain relief at the top and bottom. The
cable ties self-align as they thread in.
A further strain relief rail is available as
an accessory (FZ850F).

Wall clamps
Fold-out wall-mounting brackets
simplify attachment in the recess or
cavity wall. This guarantees a strong
hold, even in the case of heavy cabi-
nets.

The size of a building not only affects power consumption.
Large buildings also have higher requirements for protective
devices. The new h3+ circuit breakers are more than capable
of meeting these requirements – thanks to a breaking capac-
ity of up to 70 kA. The plus at the end of the name stands
for: A greater selection thanks to four trip units, greater intel-
ligence thanks to new communication channels and im-
proved functional continuity thanks to needs-based para-
metrisation. The new h3+ circuit breakers are available in two
sizes and a wide range of variants. With the corresponding
modules, they can be seamlessly integrated into the univers

display. It impresses with good readability
and excellent contrast in all levels of ambi-
ent lighting. Alternatively, you can also
carry out the configuration via the door in-
stallation display or the configuration tool.

WLAN. The tool is attached to the cabinet door
using a magnet and supplies the trip unit with
voltage via the integrated battery. This enables

ping curve and add these to the system docu-

Energy meters
Saving and billing energy requires the energy to be
made visible. This means measuring, converting and
transmitting. This requires energy meters that record
all current consumption precisely and are compatible
with all common communication interfaces. The new
generation of energy meters from Hager provide
tailor-made solutions for all applications. Powerful,
compact and easy to connect. For intelligent energy
monitoring in residential and functional buildings.

Energy management according to

ISO 50001
More and more companies are striving
towards certification in accordance with
international energy management stand-
ard ISO 50001. With structured energy
management, companies not only con-
sume less electricity as a result of re-
duced primary energy consumption. In
fact, companies actually receive more
money, as the majority of the EEG (Ger-
man Renewable Energy Sources Act)
levy is reimbursed: Currently around
7 euro cents per kWh. In larger compa-
nies or properties, this can amount to
tens of thousands of euros per year.
With the new energy meters from Hager,
you can help your customers exploit
these cost advantages.

Complete range
Our comprehensive range of new energy meters
provides end-to-end functionality. Plus a few
highlights that you only get from Hager, for
example direct measurement up to 125 A with-
out a converter. Or the 3 x 80 A 1-phase meter-
ing in a compact device (not MID-compliant).
When integrated into a monitoring system, you
therefore only use one instead of three bus
addresses. The meters can be used as bidirec-
tional meters for consumed and supplied mains
power. They also measure the active, reactive
and apparent power. All other meters (1-phase
40 A/80 A and 3-phase) are MID-compliant and
suitable for billing purposes.
Numerous interfaces
The new energy meters communicate via all
common interfaces; depending on the design via
pulse measurement, M-Bus (commonly in resi-
dential buildings) or Modbus (predominantly in
functional buildings). The Modbus devices are
equipped either with screw-fastening technology
or with practical plug-and-play plug-in technol-
ogy. In the case of the latter, an RJ45 connector
with protection against reverse polarity guaran-
tees fault-free connection and, if necessary,
quick connection to our agardio.manager energy
monitoring server – another important compo-
nent of energy management of the future.

Standards DIN VDE 0100-443 and
-534, which came into force in Octo-
ber 2016, regulate overvoltage protec-
tion for various building types and net-
work configurations (TNC or TNS/TT
network). With 3-stage combination

New: 70 mm height, made from sheet steel
The new trunking profiles are made from galva-
nised sheet steel. This is characterised by its me-
chanical strength and is also halogen-free. Ideal
for public buildings with more stringent fire protec-
tion regulations, e.g. schools, nurseries, hospitals
or offices. Thanks to the new height, there are now
fewer references, which makes planning, ordering
and warehouse logistics much simpler. Special
colours and special designs can also be imple-
mented simply and efficiently with sheet steel.

New: Device installation in the coupling area

In addition to the new height, the couplings have also been
optimised. This means that devices can now be installed,
with front attachment, in the coupling area for the first time,
giving you even more flexibility in terms of installation. The
new couplings are clipped in at the top and bottom of the
lower section of the trunking. As well as providing a dimen-
sionally stable connection, they also earth the trunking pro-
files – without the need for special accessories.

New: Uniform moulded cover parts

The new height means you can now use the same moulded
cover parts for all BR65, BRA65 and BRS65 dado trunking.
The angle-adjustable, cut-laminated elements are made
from halogen-free plastic and reliably level out any uneven-
ness in the wall. The trusted sheet steel moulded parts are Inside corner, Outside corner, Horizontal elbow End plate
also available for the new 70 mm trunking height: Horizontal angle-adjustable angle-adjustable
up to ± 5° up to ± 5°
elbow, T-piece, inside and outside corner, end plate, cut
lamination and wall-connection panel.
