graphic design. Despite her average level of intelligence, she is characterized by the challenge of

reading since she has dyslexia. The lady prefers working alone because of her trouble with

sounding of words; although in a motivating environment she is ready to contribute in any form

of discussion and coming up with applicable ideas. However, the lady has a passion and interest

in graphic designing and to her that what she treasures. Comparing her with other familiar

graphic designers, she is beyond that level of operation since everything to her is designing. The

decision she made to pursue the vocational training of graphic design fitted her. Also, high

school education background contributed to mentoring and boosting the level of her knowledge

an excellent experience to carry out the task related to designing. However, in case she will be

capable of advancing her career in college education it will be better since it will improve the

level of competence in the industry. Notably, graphic design is a career which one keep

advancing depending on tactics skills and time thus if only Crystal can be given time and an

opportunity in a graphic design industry she will be capable of competing with another

employee. Further, graphic design does not interdepend with more of reading but more of

passion towards designing; thus it is advisable to approximately pay her a fixed salary of $5000
