International Business in business school Grenoble, France. He has undergone training programs

in various areas like Production planning, Marketing HQ, Strategic Logistic Planning, Project

Management L30 prototype build & validation dept. He was a Director Production Concepts

MINI in the area of central planning and production at Munich plant. He is currently the

Managing Director of BMW ,Chennai plant.

He is a well-known HRD professional with key focus on people development. His


area of specialization is

core organizational development having key strength to build people for their personal and professional

success. He has been in the corporate world over 26 years with Indian, Austrian, German, American

companies of repute. He is an author of couple of books and has written around 500 articles on various

aspects of management. He has been the Past Vice President of Delhi Management Association (DMA).

His most recent assignment was Vice President Global Human Resources with Indorama Group at

Bangkok Thailand covering three continents Asia, America and Europe.

Mr. Sunil Ranjhan, Executive Coordinator – HR

He did his Masters in Management Studies [MMS] from Birla Institute of Technology and Science [BITS],

Pilani in the Year 1987. He also did a 2 year full time post graduate specialized course in HRD and

Systems, from National Productivity Council, New Delhi. He started his career with Wipro Information

Technology Ltd. at Mumbai in Sales and Marketing functions and thereafter, moved to a Management,

HR and TQM consulting role with National Productivity Council based out of its HQ at Delhi. During the
last 11 years of experience with Honda, he had the distinction of being the first non Japanese Asian

person to be deputed as an expat in the HR functions at the Global HQ in Tokyo Japan. Chairman of

Indian National Suggestion Scheme Association (INSAAN).

Mr. Inn Narula

Managing Director, Cross-ways Management Training Company

He is a professional Management Consultant in the field of intercultural education and training for more

than 20 years, he has conducted workshops for some of the largest and most reputable multinationals in

the world, such as; General Motors, BMW, Ford, Johnson & Johnson, Sheraton Hotel, Standard &

Chartered Bank, HSBC, etc. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Assumption University in Bangkok, and

an M. Sc. in Applied Economics from Santa Clara University in California. He has been the General

Manager for 30 years, of two apartment complexes in Thailand serving international tenants from all

over the world. He is also the Managing Director of two trading companies, Lokumal (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

and Mahtani Brothers Co., Ltd. For over 20 years, he has been a lecturer at Thailand’s Assumption

University. He has also served as the president of the Siam Toastmasters Club (the communication and

leadership club).
