Our doughnut chain has a long 

history started back 35 years ago when the
founder, Somchai Thaveepholcharoen
opened a bakery shop in L.A. USA. He had
developed and kept his own secret recipe
ever since. He then moved back to Thailand
in 1979 and started restaurant business. Not
until 8 years ago, he decided to restore his
doughnut recipe with his children.


Daddy Dough is the only Thai premium
doughnut brand from Thailand with over 30s
shops operating around Thailand and it’s
planning to expand over 200 shops with the
biggest cooperation PTT plc. within Thailand
for the next 10 years.

 DADDYDOUGH Franchise Offering

As part of the DADDY DOUGH franchise package, the Franchisor shall

provide the following franchise offering to the Franchisee:

a) Corporate Identity and Image: Grant Franchisee the use of

DADDY DOUGH’s distinctive corporate image, trademark and its
accumulated goodwill.

b) Start-up Support: Provide advice and work closely with the
Franchisee in site selection, construction, start-up procedures, and
official launch of the outlet and provide on-site training and support
during the initial opening period.

c) Initial Training: Provide comprehensive training to the

Franchisee covering various aspects of the DADDY DOUGH’s
business.

 d) Supplies: To purchase specified items from the Franchisor or its

DADDYDOUGH approved suppliers.

e) Operations Manual: Provide on loan a copy of the DADDY

DOUGH’s Operations Manual for the Franchisee’s reference during
the term of the franchise tenure.

f) Ongoing Training and Support: Provide the Franchisee with

ongoing training and visit the Franchisee regularly for the purposes of
reviewing the total business, market and product development, on-
going training and marketing support.

g) Transfer of New Ideas: Transfer to the Franchisee any

improvements to the business.
