Executive Summary
The project is about creating a job advertisement and applies for the same job. The project
demands CV, Cover Letter, Professional body and Code of conduct in individual part. The
project focuses on how as a job seeker and entrepreneurship must perform.

Need Assessment

Identification of Unmet Needs


Computer tech is a growing software company in the IT business. The company should deal with
numerous clients. In the business process the company generates lots of data. So in order to
handle the database in the organization Database Administrator with good knowledge and
experience of database management is required.

Must be able to store, organize, present, use and analyze database management software.
Whatever the information storage needs of a company are, strive them. This can include setting
up new computer database or integrating data from old system to new systems. Regularly
performs routine tests and modifications to ensure that a database is performing and running
correctly. It a problem occurs, troubleshoot the program and hardware. Based on the findings,
repair or change can be made to fix the problem. Routinely discuss and coordinates security
measures with other administrator in the company.

Job description

Title: Database Developer

Job Purpose: Performance, integrity and security of a database

Responsibilities:

 Installation, Administration and Maintenance e of HTML.


 Setup Test, dev, staging and production environments.
 Create users and assign permissions based on the level of database access the user would
need.
 Create linked Server to . NET and other database such as Oracle, Access, and Informix
etc.
 Once created the database Backups, monitors those backups are being performed
regularly.
 From time to time recover the databases to specific point of time, as per the requests.

This body has formed code of conducts for the interview:

Communication skills
In order to identify the communication skills of the candidates open ended questions will be
asked important communication qualities such as eye contact and an open body posture that
includes unfolded arms and legs and a forward leading position will be checked during
interview. (Adam, 2002)

Attitude
In order to know the attitude of the candidate the interview will be begin by asked questions
about the candidate’s work history. The interview question will be focus on why the candidate
left a position and how they interacted with the supervisor and others on their team. How
enthusiastic and confident is the candidate will also be identified. (D, 2012)

Conclusion
This project is all about making job advertisement for IT related job and applying for the job
with cover letter and CV. Before posting the job, advertisement need assessment for the job is
performed. Similarly, the professional body is created with three to four members and its role as
a professional body. And at last the code of conduct during interview is also created. (Jones,
2009).
