I would choose the Wendy's meal


because it has lower calories than Back
Yard Burger, the lower range of fat,
which is good, the lower cholesterol,
which is good, it has the middle number
for sodium, which is okay, it has higher
fiber than McDonalds, and Burger King,
which is good, it has the medium for
protein, which is okay. I could actually
eat this meal for all 3 meals of my day.
So, one meal is equal, it is about right
for what should be for one of my 3
meals during the day.
