INTRODUCTION

Thank you in advance for having chosen one of our products for your work.
JEANOLOGIA SL‘s aim is to achieve the full satisfaction of our customers and this requires a constant desire to achieve
and improve product quality. The quality system in our manufacturing plants in Barcelona has received ISO 9001:
2008 certification, which clearly demonstrates this quality commitment.
The design of this system is appropriate for many configurations and applications. Its optimum design, intuitive
ergonomics and simple maintenance ensures that it is easy to install, use and maintain.
It is essential to follow all precautions appropriately for this type of product. Carrying out inspections or adjustments
or applying procedures other than those specified in this manual can cause dangerous exposure. To prevent injury or
damage to people or equipment, following the established safety instructions.
The reproduction or transfer of this manual to third parties without prior, written authorisation from JEANOLOGIA SL
is absolutely prohibited.

1.1 Responsibility
This equipment has been certified for compliance with the regulations required by State bodies and has obtained a
safety certificate in accordance with security standards, according to the regulations.
Modifications can compromise the equipment’s compliance with these safety regulations.
Those carrying out modifications or repairs to the equipment shall be solely responsible for the consequences arising
from such operations.
JEANOLOGIA SL therefore accepts no responsibility in the case of malfunction or damage caused by changes outside
the recommended use or, in the case of an incident deriving from the use of the equipment for purposes other than
that for which it was designed. The user is solely responsible if the precautions required for the use of the equipment
are not taken.
Users are also responsible for consequences deriving from the use of the equipment if they are not in accordance
with its proper use as described by JEANOLOGIA SL.
JEANOLOGIA SL accepts no responsibility if the safety instructions are not followed or if basic safety rules applicable
to the use and maintenance of our equipment are breached.

2.1 General information


It is strongly recommended that all staff involved in the installation, operation or maintenance of this equipment
should first read this manual and fully understand its content, particularly this section.
If you have queries or questions about any aspect of the safety of the equipment, do not hesitate to contact the
supplier or JEANOLOGIA SL‘s technical department and ask for the advice you need.
Installation, operation, maintenance and repairs to this equipment may only be carried out by JEANOLOGIA SL service
personnel or by trained specialists who have had special instructions about the dangers associated with this
equipment in particular.
Take precautions to prevent direct or indirect reflected exposure of the eyes and skin to laser energy. Take particular
precautions to avoid the danger of fire, electrical damage and pollution.
The information and precautions appearing in the following sections are extensive, but not necessarily complete. It is
recommended that users of the equipment should have find out more about technological advances in this respect as
far as possible and should know about future updates to Laser Safety regulations 60825.
Familiarisation with the safety precautions explained in this manual and extremely careful use are essential
requirements for minimizing the danger of accidental damage to the equipment or injuries to people. JEANOLOGIA SL
accepts no responsibility for damage caused by failing to follow the safety precautions.

IMPORTANT If you do not fully or partially understand the instructions, and particularly those
concerning safety, you must not continue with installation or switching on tasks, as
this would result in a risk to your safety or to that of other people. It could cause
serious injury and even death, as well as damaging the equipment.

PRECAUTION Make sure all staff are fully aware of the applicable safety instructions before
working with the laser system.

WARNING All precautions affecting this kind of product must be strictly followed. Omitting the
checks, adjustments and procedures specified here may result in dangerous
exposure to laser radiation.

2.2 Standards
The JEANOLOGIA SL range of laser systems have been manufactured in accordance with the following directives:
1. The United States directives for the manufacturing and sale of laser equipment are controlled by the Centre
for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH). Laser safety requirements are dealt with in sub-section J of the
Code of Federal Regulations, 21 CFR.
2. 2006/42/EC — Machinery directive.
3. 2004/108/EC — Electromagnetic safety directive.
4. 2006/95/EC — Low voltage safety directive.

As well as the following Harmonised European Standards:


1. EN 60825 — Laser product safety.
2. EN60950 — Electrical equipment safety - instrument class 1.
3. EN 61000–6–2 – Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).

2.3 Areas of application of the laser equipment


The laser equipment described in this document has been specially designed for industrial use, so restrictions on its
installation or additional measures may be necessary to prevent disturbance. Its design and size make the laser a
product that is easy to install, with minimum requirements. The CO2 laser is a Clase IV laser product. For this reason,
users are recommended to follow all safety precautions meticulously when handling the laser.

2.4 Training
Installation, operating and maintenance staff must be given a training course. JEANOLOGIA SL and its authorised
distributors offer a course on the installation, operation and maintenance of the range of laser systems.

2.5 Government recommended precautions


Make sure operators receive safety instructions regularly (at least once a year) and that they have read and
understood this manual.
Make sure operators have a copy of this safety information to consult if necessary.
Follow all accident prevention rules applicable on the premises.
Make sure hazard warning plaques and signs are fixed to the laser equipment.
Make sure untrained or unauthorised people do not have access to the laser system.
Make sure the area reserved for the laser is properly signed and marked out.
Inflammable gases, liquids and solids can catch fire due to laser beam radiation. Remove this type of material from
the area when the laser is being used.
Some materials, such as metals or plastic, can give off toxic products of decomposition when treated with the laser
beam. Investigate the dangers associated with the materials that have to be processed. This kind of information can
be obtained from professional organisations.
Make sure all objects that could accidentally reflect the laser beam are removed from the area reserved for the laser.
Always check the safety of the laser system before starting any job, particularly safety gates, beam guidance devices
and suction systems.

2.6 Laser radiation hazards


The output beam wavelength of a (CO2) carbon dioxide laser can be in the spectrum between 9.3 µm and 11.5 µm.
The wavelength is invisible to the human eye and lies in the infra-red part of the electromagnetic spectrum.
The CO2 laser emits a high-power infrared radiation beam which is invisible, although in most respects it behaves like
visible light.
The focused beam is powerful enough to cut materials, but it is potentially dangerous even if not focused. CO2 laser
radiation can be absorbed by most dielectric materials, like water, biological tissues and plastics, and is instantly
absorbed by the first absorbent material it comes into contact with.
The laser beam can be reflected by smooth metal surfaces, even if they are dark, and can be concentrated with lenses
for greater efficiency in tasks such as cutting or engraving. Below the focal point, the laser beam is quickly dispersed,
dissipating the density of the energy or the intensity of the beam.
The laser system incorporates a laser diode device producing a visible beam of light with a wavelength of between
500 nm and 700 nm and maximum power of 10 mW. The diode offers a luminous indication on the material being
processed just at the point where the laser beam will hit.
The laser output window is clearly marked with the label “LASER OUTPUT”. Both the laser beam and the diode beam
are projected through this window. Avoid exposing the eyes or skin to laser radiation, whether it is direct or
dispersed.

2.6.1 Eye protection


If the laser radiation comes into contact with the eye, even as a reflection from a metal object, it can burn the surface
of the eye, causing irreparable damage. As the CO2 laser beam is strongly absorbed in water, the cornea and the
retina are the ocular structures mainly affected by the risk of injury. They can suffer irreversible damage and scarring
as a result of direct or indirect exposure to the CO2 laser. The seriousness of the injuries to these structures depends
on the concentration or diffusion of the beam and the length of exposure time.

DANGER Irreparable damage to the eye can be caused if the laser beam penetrates the
eyeball directly or reflected from a metal surface during work around the access to
the laser output.

DANGER The laser diode pointer is a Class 3R device causing visible laser radiation. Avoid
direct exposure to the eyes.

IMPORTANT Staff must wear protective goggles suitable for carbon dioxide lasers unless there is a
protective cover protecting the marking area.
People without this protection must leave the area or the laser room.

In order to prevent irreparable damage, all staff present in the laser activity area must wear protective goggles with
lateral screens suitable for CO2 laser radiation.
Contact lenses or reading glasses (semi-glass) do not constitute sufficient protection.
In general, glass protects all people behind it against CO2 laser radiation.
Never look directly at a laser light source or laser light blurred by reflective surfaces.

2.6.2 Skin protection


If the skin is exposed to laser radiation, it can suffer burns and cuts, which can cause temporary or permanent
damage.
The following precautions are necessary for protection from wavelengths between 9.3 and 11.5 microns (µm) of CO2
laser energy only:
• Do not place your hands or any other object in the path of the laser beam.
• The laser beam must never be switched on without a target to absorb the energy.
• Metal objects and darkened metal objects reflect the laser beam. Polished or concave objects disperse it. All
objects that absorb the laser beam heat up.
• In an emergency (whether or not it concerns the laser), the laser must be switched off immediately.
Emergencies requiring it to be turned off include the following:
1. Failed closure operation.
2. Water leak in the laser or its power supply.
3. Fire.
4. Improper use of the laser.
5. Unauthorised use of the laser.

2.6.3 Fire protection


Inflammable objects placed in the path of the laser beam can catch fire.
• A CO2 laser can set fire to most non-metallic materials.
• Never operate the laser when there is an inflammable gas or liquid.
• Never operate the laser in the presence of explosive materials.
• Make sure the laser system is installed with a protection system that includes adequate safety shut-offs.

2.7 Smoke and vapour hazard


The laser provides the user with a “hot” beam that can be applied on a controlled basis to heat or burn the surface of
certain materials, like a very narrow blowtorch.
Some materials break down chemically when they are heated and can emit dangerous vapours in the form of gases or
particles.
As it is not aware of the exact composition or chemical agents in the materials to be processed, JEANOLOGIA SL will
accept no responsibility for reactions induced during laser marking. Many materials can release hazardous
substances. These by-products may be toxic. However, studies carried out with denim materials of different
compositions indicate adequate results for this type of material. It is very important to consult publications or the
manufacturer concerning the hazards of the material in question before working with the laser beam on any material
and to make sure all safety regulations related to the laser are met.

DANGER Do not try to treat any material with the laser beam unless the heating
characteristics of the material have been investigated in depth and understood.
Do not cut PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) with a laser beam. The chemical reaction when it
is heated, in combination with the humidity of the air, produces hydrochloric acid.
Hydrochloric acid is dangerous to the operator and to the laser system.

2.8 Electrical hazards


Any installation, servicing or repair must be carried out by qualified personnel from JEANOLOGIA SL or by trained
engineers after consulting the JEANOLOGIA SL service department. If you have any queries, contact the service
department by calling the telephone number appearing at the beginning of this manual.
• Do not remove the covers of the laser or its power sources. When you remove these covers there is a risk of
electrical discharge. In addition, if the internal covers around the laser or its optical corrections are removed
this can cause laser beam leaks.
• The area around the equipment and its power sources must be kept dry.
• Never operate the equipment if there is any sign of a water leak from the system. Call the local service
department.
• Do not operate the equipment if the power cable is defective or worn.
• The equipment must be subjected to routine inspections and maintenance in accordance with the
recommendations of JEANOLOGIA SL.

2.9 Safety precautions


The JEANOLOGIA SL range of laser systems incorporates all necessary safety functions in accordance with the
radiation safety requirements of EN 60825 and CDRH and the machinery directive 2006/42/EC listed below. The end
user needs to have access to these functions and this knowledge to use the system safety.

2.9.1 Safety locks


The automatic marking table has a safety lock using optical curtain barriers installed at the entrance to the loading
area. These barriers detect the operator whenever he/she goes into the loading space. Locking is activated when the
laser is marking and detects an invasion of the marking zone, stopping marking.

2.9.2 Laser radiation emission warning light


For safety, the marking table has an orange indicator light on the front of the loading zone, on both sides. If the laser
emission light is on, it means the laser is marking or is ready to mark.

2.9.3 Emergency stop switch


The equipment incorporates a red emergency stop button on the front of the loading zone, on both sides.
If there is any danger signal or accident, press this button immediately to completely turn off the machine.

2.10 Safety labels


According to the provisions of the EN60825 regulation, warning signs must be placed at specific points on the
machine to indicate possible dangers and warnings. The details of these symbols, their part numbers and the exact
positions where they have been placed are presented below.

2.10.1 Warning labels


The warning labels give information about hazards deriving from laser radiation or electric current.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The automatic marking table (CMT) is an auxiliary peripheral connected to the laser machine to make it easier to
mark trousers in a horizontal position.
The machine’s purpose is to position the trousers accurately and safely for marking and to maximize productivity by
reducing loading transition time.

The surface is divided into two areas (left [1] and right [2]) for loading garments. At the same time as the operator is
placing the textile piece in a zone, the laser is marking in the other one. Access to the zones is controlled by optical
barriers [3]. They include green LEDs, which indicate that this side is therefore safe for the user to position the fabrics.
The red LEDs, which indicate that the laser is marking in that area and, for this reason, the zone is not safe.
The centre of the area has two protective barriers [4] to mark out the two zones.

The operator interacts with the laser using the controls on either side of the loading zone [5].
The marking table is equipped with a fume extraction system [6] to remove the remains of marking. The fumes are
sucked down below the horizontal grille.

4.1 Peripheral: Automatic marking table (CMT)


The necessary requirements for the installation of the automatic marking table are detailed below:

4.1.1 Electrical requirements


The electrical connection for CMT must be:
• 230-400V AC 3P+E.
• 50–60 Hz
• 10A thermomagnetic switch (for 400 V AC) or a 16 A one (for 230 V AC).
• 16 A differential, with 300 mA sensitivity.
• Activates the operation of the fume extractor fan: 2.5 mm section.
• Power supply voltage stability greater than 10% with a power supply line not shared with the laser.

4.1.2 Installation site


The laser machine is very sensitive to high levels of humidity, condensation, pollution and external vibrations.
The area must be properly lit and the entrance doors must be marked with the following warning sign: LASER AREA.
Safety procedures and protective equipment for staff must be incorporated, if required.

PROPERTIES OF THE ROOM


The site area can change depending on the peripherals acquired. Contact the
after-sales department for further information. See the following drawings for
Dimensions each configuration.

Temperature and humidity The machine must be installed in a closed room with air conditioning or central
heating keeping the ambient temperature between 21ºC and 25ºC, and with
humidity of less than 60%.
The set point and differential of the cooling system must be adjusted with
respect to the temperature and humidity of the laser room. The water
temperature must always be lower than the dew point.
Pollution It is absolutely necessary to check the pollution level. If it is high, the dust
sources must be eliminated. If necessary, install a particle filter ventilation
system in the room.
Vibrations The site must be free of external vibrations, for example areas with washers or
compressors. These vibrations can cause distortions in the laser marking result.
Fume extractor The room must have conduits to channel fume extraction, which are not
included.
The extractor must have easy access for maintenance and cleaning.
The diameter of the extraction pipe must be 250 mm.
If local regulations require the installation of an air filter, the customer must
install the correct one.
Others The entrance door must be closed when the laser is in use.

The minimum distance between the equipment and the wall must be 500 mm and it is recommended that the
working area (area where the user is – zone 1) should be at least 1,000 mm. For areas where workers need to carry
out maintenance (zone 3), a minimum distance of 1,000 mm must be respected, and for loading areas (zone 2) at
least 2,000 mm is required.
The space required for installing the marking table with the laser equipment is 4,500 mm x 4,000 mm, width and
length respectively, and at least 3,200 mm height, although a larger site makes for an easier production flow.

5.1 Delivery checks


Inspect the outside of the packaging for obvious signs of damage and to check that the “fragile” and inclination labels
have been respected during transport. If there is a problem, inform JEANOLOGIA SL and the transport company
responsible immediately. If the packaging has arrived in perfect condition, proceed with unpacking in front of the
JEANOLOGIA SL technician.
Check that the characteristics of the equipment correspond with those given in the order and that the details on the
characteristics plate stuck on the packaging and the serial number correspond with the equipment provided.

5.2 Storage
The equipment must be stored in a dry, ventilated place, protected from rain, dust and water or chemical agent
sprays. It is advisable to keep the equipment in its original packaging as it has been specifically designed to ensure
maximum possible protection during transport and storage.

5.3 Unpacking
The packaging consists of a wooden surround. We recommend keeping the packaging in case it is necessary to use it
again. Proceed as follows:
1. Unscrew the fixings holding the main side board and remove it very carefully.
2. Remove the accessories provided, including the screw provided (M12).
3. Unscrew the other bottom packaging fixings using a drill with the screwdriver fitting provided (M12) and
remove the sides and top cover as a single unit.
4. Remove the protective plastic wrapping the machine.
5. Check the contents of the packaging, which should include:
• The table itself.
• Fume extraction fan.
• Others components: adjustable feet and side sheets for protection with mannequin.
6. Remove the fixing elements which have been used to hold the table still during transport.
7. Turn the table 90º so you can lower the feet and remove the base of the packaging. Place it on a clean, dry,
smooth surface.
8. Inspect all the components in case there are signs of damage. If damage during transport is confirmed, inform
JEANOLOGIA SL and the transport company responsible immediately.

5.4 Installation
Only specialised personnel from JEANOLOGIA SL must carry out the operation of installing the machine.

5.5 Input and output connections

5.5.1 Connecting peripherals


It is possible to connect an external control and the mannequin to the table. The connection is made using the 24-
way connector on the back, next to the connection box.

5.5.2 Fume extractor


The fume extractor makes it possible to suck out all the waste in the form of gas produced by the laser marking. The
only connection which you must make with the CMT is for the fume extraction system. To do this, provide a power
supply to the motor using a three-phase cable with earth connection.
The extractor hood is connected using 250 mm diameter pipes. These pipes are not supplied with the machine. It is
advisable to fix the pipe with a clamp.
You are recommended to install a control system for the extractor fan, as the machine itself does not have one. We
recommend you install an external switch and turn the extractor on every time the marking table is used.

5.6 Integration with FLEXI HS 3D


The integration of the table with the laser is a process that must be carried out by a specialised technician from
JEANOLOGIA SL.
To couple the table to the laser, you just need to disconnect the control and plug the connector included in the table
into the laser peripheral connection [1]. The control is now connected directly to the table plug [2].

6.1 Controls and indicators


The marking table incorporates all its controls and control indicators on the front of the machine, in the garment
loading zone. The functions of each of them will now be detailed:

6.1.1 Control elements


The control elements are the switches and buttons the operator can interact with.

6.1.2 Indicators
The indicators are pilot lights indicating the operation of the machine:

6.2 Positioning the trousers


The trousers must always be loaded on the side where the indicator LEDs are green. Place the garment with the help
of the laser’s tracer diode.

6.3 Preliminary checks before switching on


• Check that the emergency stop button is not activated.
• Make sure the extractor hood is working.
• Check that the marking table is connected to the laser via the 24-way connector.
• Make sure the control is plugged into the table’s rear connector.

6.4 Switching on

WARNING Remember it is a Clase IV laser, so you need to put on the protective


goggles provided.

To switch the machine on, all you need to do is set up the designs to be marked by the laser equipment, using the
control software. See the laser user manual and software manual for additional information.
Once the design and marking is configured, all the controls are carried out using the marking table. You need to
consider the operation mode before proceeding in one way or another:

MANUAL MODE:
In manual mode, the whole surface of the table is used – right and left sides – for laser marking. When you use both
sides, bear in mind that the protective barriers in the centre have to be lowered. The operating sequence is as
follows:
1. Place the piece to be marked on the surface with the help of the tracer diode.
2. To begin marking, press any of the “START” buttons.
3. The laser will start marking the design set up on the screen.
4. Once marking is finished, remove the completed piece and repeat the steps from point 1.

If the last marking has not been carried out correctly, press “BAD MARK” to indicate to the system that there has
been a marking error.

WARNING If the laser marking has stopped because the danger zone (zone where
the laser is marking) has been invaded by something, marking can be
restarted using the “START” button and the laser will continue from the
point where it stopped.

AUTOMATIC MODE:
In automatic mode, the machine works with the table divided into two parts: the right-hand side and the left-hand
side. Remember to raise the central protective barriers that separate the two sides. The operating sequence is as
follows:
1. Place the piece to be marked on the surface with the help of the tracer diode (the sequence always starts on
the right-hand side). See that the LEDs are green, indicating that it is the safe side for the user and that the
piece can therefore be placed in position.
2. Press the “START” button to begin marking with the laser.
3. The laser will start making the design on the right-hand side and the LEDs in this area turn red to indicate it is a
danger zone. Meanwhile, on the left-hand side, the LEDs are green and the user can position another piece.

Once it is in position, withdraw from the range of the optical barriers to indicate to the laser that the garment
is correctly positioned.
4. Once the laser has finished marking on the right-hand side, it will start marking automatically in the next zone.
From this point onwards, the user only needs to be concerned with placing the garment in the right zone.

WARNING If the laser marking has stopped because the danger zone (zone where
the laser is marking) has been invaded by something, marking can be
restarted using the “START” button and the laser will continue from the
point where it stopped.

If the last marking has not been carried out correctly, press “BAD MARK” to indicate to the system that there has
been a marking error.

6.5 Stopping the machine


Depending on the mode it is working in, there are different ways of interrupting laser marking: in automatic mode it
must be done using the control software.
• In automatic mode, you must not remove the last pair of trousers marked from the flat surface. The laser
detects whether the operator has positioned or removed the garment. If the piece has been removed, the
laser automatically starts marking in the next zone. If the piece has not yet been removed, the laser waits to
start marking. By not removing the trousers that were last marked, you prevent the laser directly marking the
surface. Stop marking using the software screen.
• In manual mode, once the work is complete, stop the marking using the software screen.
When work is complete, the automatic marking table does not need turning off. The machine must be completely
stopped from the laser equipment. To do this, see the laser manual.

7.1 Maintenance
The marking table requires minimal maintenance. Routine internal maintenance work is not required. The sealed
construction of the system and the limited number of moving parts ensures reliable, problem-free operation. The
condition of some parts needs to be checked and they must be cleaned if necessary. The frequency of inspection and
cleaning will depend on how the machine is integrated into the customer’s facilities and, most importantly, how the
machine is protected against dust and pollution. Always make sure the system is turned off and insulated from the
power supply before carrying out any cleaning work.

7.2 Checking the safety alarms [B7]


It is very important to check the emergency stop and optical barrier safety alarms. To do this, follow these
procedures:
1. Emergency stop. Press the emergency stop button and make sure the laser stops marking. An error message
will appear on the software screen.
2. Optical barriers. While the laser is marking, with great care obstruct the optical barrier. The laser will stop
marking immediately. Carry out the test on both barriers.

7.3 Cleaning and removing the dirt caused by laser burning [C30]
The fumes resulting from the laser burning of garments produce particles that can settle on the surface of the table.
You are recommended to regularly clean off the dirt that builds up on the covers and most visible. To do this, you can
use a degreasing agent and a damp cloth.

7.4 Checking the operation of the optical barrier LEDs [C33]


Check that all the LEDs light up and that the colours are right in all modes.

7.5 Checking that the machine is level [D1]


Check that the flat surface of the table is properly aligned with the laser head. Use a level.

7.6 Cleaning the electrical panel [D4]


Although the electrical panel is very well protected in the connection box, it is important to check its condition and
clean it with compressed air to remove any dust particles that may have been deposited on it. Pay special attention to
electrical connections and check none of them have become disconnected during cleaning.

7.7 Dismantling and cleaning the fume extraction fan [D34]


To ensure the fumes generated by laser burning are properly extracted, the extractor fan needs to be dismantled and
cleaned.

In this section, the most common errors or malfunctions affecting the automatic marking table and their possible
solutions appear listed. Try to solve the problem following the steps set out in the table below. If the problem
persists, contact JEANOLOGIA SL and provide the following information:

7.9 Emergency stop


An emergency stop can be activated if a problem can give rise to a safety risk. Marking stops automatically and the
laser source is deactivated. Once the problem is resolved, the emergency stop can be eliminated.
After an emergency stop, follow these steps to reset the laser system and carry on with your work:
1. Unlock the activated emergency stop switch.
2. Follow the instructions described in the laser user manual for resets after an emergency stop.
3. On the marking software screen you need to indicate that you are beginning marking. See the software manual
for additional information.
4. Then activate the “START” button. Marking will begin again.

JEANOLOGIA SL guarantees this laser system against operational or manufacturing defects during the following
period:
14 months from the date of shipment

THE WARRANTY INCLUDES:


• Parts.
• Substitution or repair of faulty parts by our authorized technical service.
• The transport cost of the return of faulty parts to Spain.

THE WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE:


• The cost of travel, stay and expense of our authorized technical service personnel.
• The transport and custom clearance costs derived from the shipment of a repaired parts.
• Items considered consumables (Optical parts of laser equipment, BigMac membranes, G2 filters, Nano Laser
filters, Mannequin rubbers and blades and cooling liquid).

JEANOLOGIA SL based on efficiency reasons will proceed to replace the parts subject to a functional or
manufacturing failure without a prior examination of the reason of failure. After receipt the defective part,
Jeanologia will analyze and issue a report of the reasons that have caused the fault in order to accept or dismiss
their coverage.

This guarantee will be valid provided the working, maintenance, cleanliness and installation conditions specified by
JEANOLOGIA are followed but shall be considered invalid if any problems or faults occur due to negligence, misuse,
lack of care or exceeding the functional limits of the machine, damage caused by fire, freezing, accidents, wars,
natural disasters, acts of god, terrorism or other causes beyond human control.

IMPORTANT The electricity power cuts or voltage instability could damage the machine. In this
case Jeanologia will not be responsible for damage to the machine or its
components. Jeanologia recommends to install a UPS.
