Student Justifications: I think 5 or 6 because represent my  Teacher Justifications:

time and show my growth every time. Also, I explain clearly 
about my connections between my music and tory. My final 
performance is quite good and demonstrates a substantial 
expression of my story, at last, I complete a mostly relevant

Task 1 (Story): Write an original story to act as the plot of a short movie that has no 
dialogue.  
 
 
Task 2 (Connection): Develop an explanation of how you will use music to tell your story 
through song.  
 
 
Task 3 (Progress): Using guitar or piano and a variety of expressive elements, create 
and record a song that tells your story using only music. Submit weekly progress videos 
with attached commentary, as well as a final product with commentary. Commentary 
should explain how the expressive elements you used helped communicate the story.  
*Your week 4 commentary should include a self critique of your work following the 
project and evaluate how effectively you used a variety of musical elements to tell your
