Unlike Parmenides, the pre-Socratics chose the external visible objects to explore the world.

They used the Philosophy to solve the real human life issues rather than to indulge
themselves in the unproductive philosophical imaginations and discussions. Their new
practicable approach towards Philosophy gave benefits to them in different fields of life. This
approach was flourished by the contribution of different philosophers like Democritus,
Thales, Anaxagoras, Plato,Aristotle etc. They focused on a broad and empirical perspective
of Philosophy against a prevailing narrow and unrealistic perspective. Infact it was a
paradigm shift to the field of Philosophy which enlightened the human character and life.
