I am writing to inform you of my decision to resign from my position as Customer Service

Representative for Convergys.

As detailed within my contract of employment, I hereby give the required 1 month notice, with
the last day of employment being on September 13, 2018. As always I am dedicated with my
role within Convergys until I leave.
