1. Tell me about yourself.

As you could see in a my CV , i gradduated at the university of Belgrade

department of Designe programing. Main job wasn’t directly conected with that,
but it contributed to my professional expiriens. I worked almost 17 years in
Public Company EPS. Working as a specialist for foreign trade, as well as team
member in several projects. Becide that, last 2 years I devoted to my family,
because I have 3 little children, and in the same time i worked on my
specialization in the IT Academy on 3D designe&CAD. That is course of Auto
desk graphic design which obtains International Cambridge certificate. This
specialization will get me up to date knowledge to keep up with modern trands in
doing business on the highest level. In my free time I enjoy traveling and meeting
diferent people, I exchange the expiriens bout professionally and privately. The
best thing is when I can spend time with my family enyoing different activitis
such as sport, traveling etc.

- I’m a good listener and I can transfer my knowledge very well
- I got used to work under preasure
- I meet deadlines and never panic about situation I can’t be suprise (17.
years of work expiriens were long enough for me to learn how to deal with
any problematic situation)

3. What is your greatest weakness?

- I’m very emotional (I give my self totaly bouth on profesional field and on
private), I don’t save my self at work
- I like to make sure that my work is perfect.
- I expect to much from employees and practicaly wery often this isn’t
possible
4. Why shoul we hire you? Why do you want this yob?
- I’m responsible and I will never leave yob unfinished
- I’m ready to work in a multynational enviroment-invajroment
- It is a chelange to work with people of multicultural beckground

- I think that you alredy have fixed amount for this job position
- I’m sure that I will be satisfied with it

6. How do you handle stress and pressure?

- I never panic
- I take in to acount evry single deatailed
- I’m redy to ask for second opinion if it is necessary
- At my privious yob I had lot off stressfull situations and I am ready even to
take risk (who doesn’t risk doesn’t take profit, that is what we Serbs say)

- My long term goals involve groving with a company where I can continue
to learn, take an aditional responsibilities and contribute as much value as I
can
- I see my self as a top performing employee in a wel establish organisation,
like this one
- I plan on enhancing my skills
9. When will you be available to start work?
- Concerning the fact that this yob opportunity unexpectidly happend i need
some time to finalise my specialisation and organised my children
- One more thing I need to say, we are going on summer holidey in july this
year starting 12-25.
- Maybe, 1st august will be ok for me

10. How do you handle success?

- I don’t lose my had when there is some success fully done job on the way
- Success that normaly goes together with work as well as faillure
- But to be onest evry one like to enjoy in satisfaction that yob brings
