INFORMATION

The undersigned prosecutor accuses XXXXXXX of the crime of GRAVE

THREATS (Art. 282, No. 2 of the Revised Penal Code), committed as follows:

That on or about 9:30 A.M. of May 6, 2015 at Purok EMB

Homes, Barangay Labangal, General Santos City, Philippines,
and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the above-
named accused, with a use of a gun, did then and there
willfully, unlawfully and feloniously threaten to kill the
complainant, YYYYYYYYYY, by saying to him “kung pugngan
ninyo nga dili makagawas and traysikel, basi magmahay mo og
labayan tamo og granada! Sugud karon, pagbantay namo kay
tinuoron nako ang akong gisulti sa inyo” ” which if loosely
translated in English language would mean “if you will stop the
tricycle from going out, you might regret it if I will throw a
grenade towards you. From now on, you watch out as I will do
what I have told to you”, which is a threat to inflict upon the
complainant a wrong amounting to a crime, to his damage and
prejudice.
