2 Appointment to the post of Principal will be for a period of five years from the date of
appointment or up to the attainment of the age of superannuation of the candidate,
whichever is earlier.
3 For the post of Principal candidate should submit their API report at the time of
interview.
4 All the reservation policies shall be applicable as declared by the Government from time
to time.
5 Relaxation of 5 % will be provided from 55 to 50 % of the marks at the Master’s Degree
level for SC/ST and OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) category.
6 Roman figures in the brackets show the number of times the post is being
advertised.
7 Reservation for VJNT categories is internally transferable.
8 Reserved category candidates outside the State of Maharashtra will be treated as
Open Category candidates.
9 Reserved category candidates are advised to send a copy of their application to
the Deputy Registrar, Special Cell, Shivaji University, Kolhapur- 416004.
10 Reservation for female / disabled persons will be decided by the appointing
authorities.
11 Reserved category candidates shall produce the Caste Validity Certificate as per
the directives issued by the state Government vide Circular No. BCC-2011/iz- Ø-
1064@2011@16&c dated 12-12-2011.
12. Reserved category candidates from the category (except SC/ST) shall produce
Non-creamy Layer Certificate at the time of interview. The candidates from EWS
category shall produce the certificate of EWS given by the competent authority.
13. All the terms and conditions are applicable as mentioned in the letter Ref. No JDHEPune/NOC/
2019/15, dtd. 8/3/2019 from Hon. Joint Director, Higher Education, Pune region, Pune.
14. Please note that the recruitment procedure initiated by this advertisement subject to final
decision by Hon. Mumbai High-court, Aurangabad Bench, on writ petition
No.12051/2015.
15. Applicants who are already in service they should apply through proper channel.
16. Incomplete application will not be entertained.
17. Application on prescribed form alongwith attested xerox copies of all the necessary
certificates and complete bio-data should reach the undersigned within 15 days from the
date of publication of this advertisement. The prescribed application form can be
