Assistant Principal of Curriculum & Instruction is responsible for overseeing the following staff:

- Curriculum Directors evaluate and provide feedback to teachers, ensures curriculum is carried

out, and is responsible for ensuring that short-term and long-term goals are achieved.

- Library & Media staff help students with technology usage and locating books of interest or

needs.

- Summer school staff are responsible for students who are retaking a class in order to pass and

for students who wish for academic enrichment or improvement.

- Scheduler is in charge of all school events, activities, and deadlines.

- Testing & Evaluation is responsible for analyzing and reporting student progress and testing

scores.

Assistant Principal of Pupil Personnel is responsible for overseeing the following staff:

- Guidance Counselors are to be a source of information and guidance for students needing help

in and outside of school—classes, extracurriculars, college applications.

- Nurse is to provide medical care for students and/or staff.

- Social worker provides mental health counseling, therapy, and support; offers support for

families, staff, and students.

- Bilingual Education assists families and students whose first language is not English whether it

involves educational or financial needs.

- Financial Aid supports students and families of low-income backgrounds with scholarships,

loans, and other financial services.

- Special Education Services supports families and students who have special needs; provides

Individual Education Plans, consultations, and referrals to specialists.

 - Student Body Government staff oversee student elections, voting, and activities and ensure it is

conducted in a safe, open-minded school political environment.

Assistant Principal of Building Control is responsible for overseeing the following staff:

- Disciplinary Dean is in charge of conducting warnings and suspensions while enforcing school

rules.

- Building Supervision is in charge of proper building operations and maintenance and ensures

safe environment for all faculty, staff, and students.

- Attendance Officer documents student attendance and collaborates with the Disciplinary Dean

with excessive student absences.

- Student Transportation is in charge of coordinating school and field trip transportation for

students.

- Custodian ensures that the school grounds are clean to maintain a healthy school environment.

Arts Director / Technology Director are responsible for their respective departments and will oversee

the following staff:

- Instructional teachers designs a curriculum that fits the needs of students and collaborates with

the Curriculum Director

- Assistants help teachers with classroom activities and help students with homework or tutoring

- Activities Director is in charge of coordinating department activities or fieldtrips that allow

students to collaborate and explore the arts or technology.
