This is to inform you that you had been shortlisted for appearing in the Physical Exam and Endurance Test “FOR THE
POST OF FIREMAN”

You are hereby informed that the test would be conducted on at Mumbai.

Details are as follows:-

Date of Test - 12-Mar-2019

Time of Test - 10:30 AM

City - Mumbai

Venue - Kohli Stadium, Navy Nagar, Opposite TIFR Gate, Colaba, Mumbai – 400005

All further communication /updates regarding the examination and recruitment process will be hosted on the
website www.bhartiseva.com.

Note: Candidates appearing for the test are required to carry the printout of this E-mail. No separate admit card will be
issued.

Instruction for Physical Exam and Endurance Test "FOR RECRUITMENT OF FIREMAN"

1. Candidates are required to maintain discipline and orderly conduct while entering the examination venue and
during the period of examination.
2. Report to the venue as per the list and batch given.
3. Make a provision to stay one day extra i.e. Candidate reporting on 12 Mar 19 should book his ticket on 13 Mar 19
evening only and so on.
4. Candidates to wear proper Shoes (Sneakers/ PT Shoes) , Shorts/ Track Pants and sports T-Shirt for the Test.
5. Candidate to carry own food and water to the center. They should also carry a change of clothes.
6. Candidate to be well versed with the Physical Checkup and Endurance Exam to be conducted. All tests are
mandatory and have to be cleared.
7. Entry to examination venue will be permitted only against a valid Admit Card, Original proof of identity card issued
by any government agency such as Aadhar Card/ Voter ID/Car Driving Licence/ PAN Card / Passport.
8. No Travel/Accommodation allowance is admissible to the candidates appearing in the examination. Candidates
are advised to make their own arrangements for boarding and lodging etc.
9. Candidates are advised to locate the examination venue and its accessibility at least one day prior
to examination date so they can reach centre on time. No candidate will be allowed to enter examination venue
after their respective schedule time.
10. Candidature of any candidate is liable to be rejected at any stage of recruitment or post recruitment, if any
information provided by the candidates is found to be false or not in conformity with eligibility criteria mentioned in
the advertisement.
