INFORMATION SECURITY OFFICER

Fibank Albania, a rapidly growing commercial bank, is looking to hire a qualified individual for the
position of Information Security Officer in Head office, Tirane.

Responsibilities:

1. Manages all activities related to information systems security and protection of information;
2. Defines and controls the level of access to information in the Bank;
3. Organizes and coordinates the investigation of accidents in compromising information security
controls;
4. Monitors the strict observance of internal rules for classification and permissible use of
information;
5. Develops an overall strategy for development and raising the level of information security;
6. Organizes training to raise the level of information culture and preservation of information;
7. Performs specialized assessments of the impact on information security to changes in information
systems and the introduction of new hardware and software products.
8. Develops and monitor the security policy.

Requirements:

1. University degree on Information technology sciences

2. 5+ years of experience in IT within the financial industry.
3. Information Security Qualifications.
4. System engineering or networking background.
5. Broad knowledge of Unix, Windows, Databases, Networks and IT Security.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Initiative, self-organized, engagement, correct, adaptive, precise and discrete.
8. Very good working knowledge of spoken and written English.
