DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE OF REGISTERED LAND

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That We: HEIRS OF LOPE MALLILLIN, namely: VIRGINIA P. MALLILLIN, widow; RALPH
JOSE P. MALLILLIN, married; JASMIN P. MALLILLIN TELAN, married; LEAH CHERINA P.
MALLILLIN OLIVARES, widow; and JANICE P. MALLILLIN, single, all of legal ages, Filipino, and
residents of Ajat, Iguig, Cagayan, MELECIO C. MALLILLIN, married and a resident of Ayala
Alabang Village, Muntinlupa City; and AIDA C. MALLILLIN, single and a resident of Pacita
Complex, San Pedro, Laguna, and the co- owner of a parcel of land located at Pallua Norte,
Tuguegarao City, and hereto described as follows:

“Lot No, 4455-B of the subd. Plan, (LRA) Psd –396246, with an area of
THREE HUNDRED (300) square meters, more or less covered by TRANSFER
CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 032-2012002779.”

WITNESSETH

1. That for and in consideration of the sum of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS
(₱250,000.00), Philippine Currency, receipt whereof in full is hereby acknowledged
hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY unto MA. AIZA A. TURINGAN, ARLYN A.
TURINGAN AND RIZA MAE A. TURINGAN, all single and residents of Tana, Amulung,
Cagayan heirs and assigns, the above-described land, free from all liens and
encumbrances of any kind whatsoever;

2. That the said VENDORS shall declare to defend said VENDEE against any just or
unjust claims of any persons or entity whomsoever.

3. That this lot is not tenanted; possible redemptioners were duly notified of this sale
in compliance with the Civil Code of the Philippines.
