VIT Problem Statement

In the age of automation where unemployment is rampant, the only differentiators between a
human and a robot are the entrepreneurial skill sets like critical thinking, decision making,
problem solving etc.

Metamorphosis aims to provide entrepreneurial skill set training in schools and colleges in the
form of experiential learning curriculums. Team Metamorphosis believes that imparting
Metamorphosis skill set at the grass root level will change the ecosystem from job seekers
attitude to job creators attitude.

Metamorphosis has a current user base of 15000+ students and now keen on expanding its
user base to 1 million by the end of 2020, by setting up its operations across PAN India.

A)​A value proposition is the first thing that determines whether people will
bother reading more about your product or hit the back button. It’s also the
main thing you need to test – if you get it right, it will be a huge boost.
According to the metamorphosis they have a new idea of implementing
tracking system to the school buses which can be access by parents it is new
thing in the market so everyone look at it is the main value proposition of the
metamorphosis when anyone come with a new idea it is a main value

b)According to the present marketing strategy we first know the need of the
people and now the security is the one of requirements for the people based
on that requirement metamorphosis developed the product it reaches the
