The undersigned City Prosecutor hereby accuses SIMEON TINGSON of the crime of GRAVE
COERCION committed as follows:

That on August 28, 2018 at around 12:00 o’clock noon time, in Silay City, Philippines and
within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the accused armed with a gun and by means of
threat and intimidation, did then and there willfully, unlawfully and feloniously prevent private
complainant JESUS B. CELESTIAL, one of the heirs of the legal possessors of Lot
S.I.-V-10914-D situated at Sitio Lantawan, Brgy. Guimbalaon, Silay City, from planting and
cultivating the said parcel of land to the damage and prejudice of private complainant.

ACTS CONTRARY TO LAW.
