named MARAJAW BASKETBALL LEAGUE here in the Municipality of
Mainit, Surigao del Norte which will commence on March 23, 2019.

Mainit National High School is one of the participants in this sports

activity. In view thereof, we would like to respectfully request any amount
from your kind heart intended to defray the necessary expenses such as
UNIFORM and REGISTRATION FEE as a matter of requirement for us to be
a participant.
