Dear Sir / Madam

We are in receipt of your Notice F.No.15/DRP-2/BNG/18-19 Dated 01.03.2019

being the Notice of Hearing under section 144C(11) of the Income Tax Act,
1961 for A.Y. 2015-16, wherein we have to appear to represent the objections
filed before Dispute Resolution Panel-2 on 20.03.2019 at 12.30 PM.

In this regard we would like to inform you that since our authorised
representative is returning back to the country only after June 10th 2019, he is
unable to attend the hearing on the said date.

Hence we request you kindly adjourn the case after 10th June 2019, and a
suitable date shall be allotted during the month of June 2019, wherein we shall
attend the hearing with relevant documents without fail.

We also wish to inform you that the relevant documents called for in your
letter is already filed along with the Form 35-A in a separate CD and we are
enclosing again another CD containing the relevant documents for your
perusal and kindly acknowledge the same.
