LOCATION: RUWAIS HOUSING CIVIL MAINTAINANCE (ADNOC)

Responsibilities:
 Arranging the correspondences as per the company standards and scheduling of management meetings
 Monitor projects and liaise with fee earners so as to ensure that key milestones and deadlines are achieved.
Performs job walks for requests involving transportation, labor and equipment as needed. Produce reports on
the status of projects. Support across all project coordination activities, support of the smooth running and
operation of the site.
 Handled the overall Inventory of all the stores and warehouse including Tools and Fixed Assets with the help
of main store, site warehouse and tool room teams.
 Controlling the all transaction & reports related to inventory controls like material indenting, Receiving,
Issuance, Return material, material transfer, discrepancy, DMR, stock in-hand, material consumption etc.

physical count reporting to Finance head.
 Managed the whole inventory of all stores base on head office including transactions Material Receipt,
Issuance, Transfer etc.
