Sub- Complaint against Mahindra Logan Car

Sir/Madam,

I am to convey my feelings towards your good concern and your grate REPUTATION.
This is regarding the bad service experience with service dealer of my car and non availability of
parts since 2 months with the technical problems related the cars.
One day, I have faced a problem that my car- Logan was stopped while running on the main
highway (NH 8) and speed clutch was not working and car was in speed and stopped in between
the highway.
It is a dangerous problem as I have escaped from a serious accident and every time when the car
was stopped in between the road I was lucky that there are no heavy vehicles behind us as it was
a national highway (NH-8) and peak hours with heavy traffic.
Firstly I called your service center “Sterling motors― and they denied to pick my vehicle
and being a lady I was standing in between the National highway and I was at time in total shock
due to the misshapen which could have converted into a big one may be my death. Then I called
another service center as your guys were not responding and my car was taken by me in that state
of mind to “CAR NATION― service center Gurgaon on dated 18/11/2011. They checked
whole my car and found that timing belt was broken, then told me top of the head should be
opened and then camshaft was shown to me which was broken. They told me that Timing belt is
damaged and it will take 2-3 days for the repairing. After that daily one damaged part is reported
to me and service price was increasing day by day.
They don’t have any satisfactory response. They told me that part is not available and it will
take 1 week to come and after that 1 week 2 months has gone. Part is not yet available.
For your information, I have purchased a Mahindra n Mahindra Logan and from the purchase
date only, I was getting problem regarding noise from doors. I had visited dealer and showrooms
many a time but they only answering they still don’t have received parts from company.
Today also, my car facing many problem like door making noise, air coming from doors, poor
pickup and mileage, suspension.
Car was purchased from Sterling Motor Company, MG Road, and NCR-Gurgaon. It was better
not to go there for the repairing as they were not repairing the work and even very bad servicing
of car also. Complain was registered for this also with sterling motor.

Later the mystery unfolded more and I was told that company has stopped with Renault.

Please let me know what options is left with me, I have even reach out to head of sale and he just
confirms I will personally confirm but nothing is happening in this front. Yesterday, I again
called the dealer and he mentioned we are also following with Mahindra, if they we not ready to
do the delivery for damaged parts. I really do not know what option remains with me but to wait
Or I can do something
Please help - how can company like Mahindra make such flaw and why should be as customer
suffer for their wrong calculation. This is not for the first time I faced such bad experience and
thought to put in your notice and have made my mind clear that not to visit again for service
where no one take care of their client and misguide the client with the intention to charge more.
Nobody is giving me present status of my car problem; the behavior of the staff is very ignorant,
harsh and pathetic. We have landed in a situation of begging for my car rather purchasing
(Matter of shame for Mahindra). Being a Mahindra costumer from past 4 years I was having a
faith which is now all shattered as I feel that Mahindra is fluttering on its sales figures only and
are now least concern on costumer relationship and satisfaction. Expecting an explanation and a
spontaneous & strict action against the defaulters.

Keeping in view your Standard and Goodwill, it shall be very much appreciated if you
please contact your above Auth Dealer and arrange to send them the required parts and
accessories to enable them to repair my Car at the earliest and to maintain the trust which we and
our family had developed.
Also I am going to raise a case in Consumer court for my metal tension and loss of money which
has happed to me.
