Onboarding also known as organizational socialization, refers to the mechanism through which new

employees acquire the necessary knowledge, skills, and behaviors in order to become effective
organizational members and insiders. It is the process of integrating a new employee into the
organization.

There are the several step under which a suitable candidate go through and clear them:-

1. First step-.When the RDA raises the new hire request through the portal, the system by default,
sends the offer letter with login credentials to the respective consultant and cc New hire Team.
If candidate is Manual means offline then we will need to send all new hire documents along
with his/her offer letter. If Candidate have any query then they can directly call to us to solve
their query to complete the paper works.
2. BG check: Consultant needs to complete his/her background information which is required to
run a BG check. Information required: personal information, current and previous addresses,
current/previous employment and education. Once they submit their background check
information by clicking on the Submit Background Form button, they will not be able to return
to this page again. If there are any changes that need to be made to this form after the form is
submitted, the consultant will need to email newhire@roseit.com or Call to 6368124000 ext-
6666. The New Hire team will unlock the form so that he/she can make the correction.Once BG
check get clear then notify our concern client/ RDA/CEA about this. Generally will run BG check
with below packages.below packages fall under the Kaiser standard and federal.
 Last Seven years of employment history.
 Highest degree education
 Criminal(Federal and Felony and national sex offender)
 FACIS
 SSA Verification

3. Drug screening : we usually initiate drug screening for candidate and send 5, 7 and 10 panel
whatever is require as per the client guidelines.

And, there could be chances of 3 result as drug screening complete:-


 NEGATIVE result: we are good to go with of it.
 DILUTE result: it comes only when candidate consume lots of amount water at the
time when he/she goes to complete the screening. We will send another screening
to him/her to redo the test again.
 POSITIVE result: only when a candidate under going with any medication and we
ask candidate to provide prescription list of medication under which he/she is
going and then send to MRO office for their further review. They review and
change the result as per their guideline.

4. On-boarding document: like Form I9/ employment eligibility documents / direct deposit and
client documents:-
 Once we receive form I9 and employment eligibility documents then we run
EVERIFICATION is process which confirms an employer that a candidate is
authorize to work in USA or not.
 Once the candidate complete all paper works then we need to verify and make
the check list for accounting process. It is necessary to verify his/her Bank
Account and Routing number to provided Banking information. Once we send
clearance then our HR/Accounting Team issue salary to candidate based upon
the provided Banking information.
 Sometimes if Our BG agency like FA/MIS/FP/Sterling/A-check was not able to
verify Employment/Education then we will request to candidate for provided
us supporting documents like W2/paystubs/Degree copy. Once candidate
provide the supportive documents then we will send same to BG agency and
request them to verify the pending component. Again BG agency was not able
to verify then we will raise Adjudication request.
5. Health Screening: - We receive Health screening request from RDA/CEA if any specific position
where HS is required. Generally, Health screening (PPD, Hep-B, MMR, varicella, Tdap, Flu) and
Physical. We send referral form Via Fax/Email to clinic for fix appointment for Completing health
Screening.
