The Pullman Maldives Maamutaa
Resort, a 5-star lifestyle resort in one of
the most pristine atolls in the Southern
Maldives. The 120 villa resort offers an
immersive art and design experience
with a holistic integrated approach to
wellbeing. The resorts facilities include 6
vibrant and innovative Food & Beverage
outlets, Fitness and Wellbeing areas,
Wedding pavilion, Teen Only club,
and various Leisure facilities.
MISSION
To design and create an innovative food
experience for our guests. Able to
manage profitable restaurants and all
kitchen facilities.
Monitors food costs and works with the
team to maintain food costs as budgeted
and takes corrective action as necessary.
To analyze and control all expenses
related to the kitchen.
To be responsible for the hygienic and
safe preparation of food within the food
preparation areas.
To be creative in the designs and
promotions to implement the ongoing
and new food concepts.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree in culinary science or
related certificate.
Solid experiences in related position
from 5 star international hotels & resorts.
Excellence in English communication
Leadership Training & motivation skills
Computer Skills and experience in online
purchasing systems
Working in Maldives / remote location /
resort environment with pre opening
exposure is desirable.
