uroIt tells about a story of a young girl feels self-conscious about her body and wonders if it's

normal. Her Mom, Dad, Brother, Uncle, Grandma, and Grandpa, all tell her that she's perfect
the way she is, but she feels so insecure about herself.

 Affective bibliotherapy, which focuses on repressed thoughts and emotional self-
exploration. The character is fiction and it helps the children connect their story to their
own feelings of emotion and pain.

insecurity
