This diagram shows what is the actor’s participation in the system. First, the system

will give the user an option if he/she is the manager or an agent. If the user did not qualify

in either of them, its access would be denied. When user manager logins he can now

access the system wherein he can view, edit and print the inventory reports. The same

with the user agent though he is exempted from editing the inventory reports. The agent

and manager can both create and update the Inventory that will be summarized in

complete detail for the controller.
