It’s clear in the graph that most of the learners have normal health
status. This can be attributed to the sustainability of the School’s feeding
program, the health advocacy every nutrition month, and the conduct of the
mass feeding by section every 2 months.
These were the interventions done by the school to improve and
maintain the normal health status of the learners.

As seen in the graph, for the last two years until this SY, the most
common cause of students’ drop out is sickness and followed by poverty.
The line graph is a clear presentation of slight increase of the dropout rate
from 2.31 in SY 2016-2017 to 2.89 for SY 2017-2018. This pointed out that
there is a need to strengthen the school DORP Program and intensify
interventions such as home visitations and the likes.

It can also be noted that there was a big increase of MPS in the critical
thinking skills. However, there is still a need to conduct interventions to
increase the MPS of each subject specially the subjects with decreased MPS.

The data represented in the graph showed that the ratio of students-to-
teacher in grades 8 and 9 is just the same with the ratio being set by the National
office which is 45 is to 1. In grade 10 it goes beyond the standard, while in grade 11
and 12 it did not reach the standard level.

The graph shows that the actual ratio of the learners to seats is one-is-to-one
correspondence which is within the standard set by the Department of Education.
But, it doesn’t mean that we don’t need additional seats because some of the
armchairs need to be repaired, some needs for replacement due to its condition. The
additional offering of specialization in TVL tracks in the coming school year in grade
11 in the senior high, will also need additional armchairs/seats.

The said construction of the perimeter fence is already in its 75%

Facilities Coordinator. The pictures below serve as means of verifications.

For this SY, the school has a total of 607 active 4Ps recipient based on
the school record.
These recipients are closely monitored by their advisers and subject
teachers. They also conducted home visitations to assure an active
participation of both the students and the parents.
The use of EASE modules are also utilized to those who cannot come
to school .This is one of the factors for the increase of the enrolment
