Mandatory Documents

IMPORTANT NOTES

To expedite the screening process, please pay attention to the instructions below:
• All the documents must be scanned and compiled into a single PDF file (tutorial on how to compile the documents
available in this guideline). Your pdf file should not exceed 25 mb. Name the file “PPAN Riau 2019 – Your Name.
Send the file to riau.pcmi@gmail.com with the same subject as the file name. Also attach your 4x6 photo and
full body photo in the email.
• Registration form and attached documents will not be returned.
• Put together all documents and arrange them into 2 separate sets. Each set should contain documents as
described above and every set should be in the same order and put into one folder (blue folder for male
applicants and red folder for female applicants).
• Do not write your name directly on the folder. Use a piece of paper to write your name on and attach it on the
folder.
• Please do not bind the documents. Use paper clips to expedite the dividing process. See the example below:

 HOW TO COMPILE THE DOCUMENTS

To compile all the documents into a single pdf file, please follow the following steps:
1. Open a new word document. Choose F4-size paper (215 mm x 330 mm).

2. Insert the documents that you want to compile. The documents must be in order as mentioned in the table on
the first page of this guideline.

3. Click “File” tab, then “Export”, then choose a folder where you want to save your file in.

APPLICATION SUBMISSION

Application packages can be delivered via post/mail or hand-delivered from March 20th - April 2nd, 2019 to the address
below. Late or incomplete application will not be processed. Early submission is highly recommended.
