SYNOPSIS

Sri Ram Courier Services, is facing problems to handle data like Booking of
couriers, assigning couriers to delivery boys, feed back of all employees, feed
back of couriers and customers, branch details, employees Details, employees
level accounts, branch level accounts and overall transaction in a month or year
,that’s why, company wants a solution and ordered for this site. In This site, have
four modules:

1. Customer Interaction Module: in this module, customer seeing company

profile, branch profile, services which provided by company, delivery status
of his own courier, customer will send the feed back about the employees or
services etc. this module contains login screen also. Sub modules of this
module are:
(a) Company Profile: in this module, display all the details of company.
(b) Branch Profile: display all details of all branches.
(c) Services: display all the details of services which provided by company
or particular branch.
(d) Delivery status: in this module, customer will check that his courier is
deliver or not.
(e) Feed Back: in this module, customer is able to send the feed back about
the services or complaints etc.
(f) Site Map: Displays all links of this Site.

2. Admin Section: there are five sub modules for admin:

(a) New Branch Profile: if company makes a decision to open new branch
in anywhere then, in this module, company fill all the details of new
branch like branch code, branch name, location, city, district, state,
phone, mobile and new branch created automatically.
 (b) Update Branch Profile: if company makes some mistakes, then they
are able to update branch details through this module.
(c) New Branch Head Profile: company fill all the details of new branch
head details like branch head code, branch head name, location, city,
district, state, phone, mobile, login id, password and new branch head
profile created automatically.
(d) Update Branch Head Profile: if company makes some mistakes, then
they are able to update branch Head details through this module.
(e) Change Password: in this module, able to change password of admin,
branch head and employees also.

3. Branch Section: there are four modules for Branch Section:

(a) New Employee Profile: company fill all the details of new employee
details like employee code, employee name, location, city, district, state,
phone, mobile, login id, password, designation, salary and joining date
and new employee profile created automatically.
(b) Update employee Profile: if branch makes some mistakes, then they are
able to update employee details through this module.
(c) Feed Back: if company find any feed back of branch or employee of that
particular branch then they are able to send their comments to that
branch.
(d) Account Details: in this section, branch head see all details of
transaction which are made in his branch. Branch head is authorize to
submit expenses of the branch, and able to find all details of expanses
just selecting expense head and date.

4. Employee Section: there are four modules:

(a) Incoming Couriers: in this section, employee feed all the details of
couriers like booking date, document no., weight, charges, destination
(from and to) and login id of that employee who book that courier.
(b) Courier Assign: in this section, employee assigns the couriers to
delivery boy.
(c) Courier Status: in this section, employee updates the status of couriers
according to delivery boy. If any courier is not deliver then it display in
pending couriers details window.
(d) Pending Courier Details: all pending couriers are display in this
section, just selecting the delivery boy and receipt no.
