Three years ago, a series of prophetic schools
conducted online developed into a school for the
seasoning of God’s end-time leaders.

FROM THE CHAIRMAN’S DESK
A Word in Season?
During these troubled times, and over the last
few years, I have frequently encountered
people who have difficulty hearing, or
otherwise perceiving, communications from
the Lord. Some have not heard from the Lord
in years, much to their frustration.
Very often I have found that people do not
hear from God because they are not listening!
The Lord GOD hath given me the tongue
of the learned, that I should know how to
speak a word in season to him that is
weary: he wakeneth morning by morning,
he wakeneth mine ear to hear as the
learned. (Isaiah 50:4)
Sometimes we try to listen but are unable to
hear, because we have not yielded to God’s
awakening call. In Psalm 23 we are told that
the Lord anoints the head of his sheep with oil.
Shepherds did this to protect the sheep from
parasites that could damage their nose, eyes,
and ears (and do even further harm). Some
sheep, however, will bite the shepherd, not not
get a complete smearing of the protective oil.
The same thing often occurs with people. One
of the easiest ways to lose our ability to hear
from God is rebellion; after all rebellion is the
sin of witchcraft (1 Sam. 15:23). If we
understand that God declared death to those
who move in witchcraft (Exodus 22:18), how
can we expect the life of God to flow through
us clearly if we rebel? Consider all the stop
signs, red lights, and speed limit signs so
many of us casually disregard, and then
remember that the Word tells us that we are
to be subject to governmental authority (Rom.
13:1). So long as authority does not ask us to
sin, we must obey. This is but one example of
the numerous small ways in which we allow
rebellion to take hold of our lives.
My challenge to you today is to evaluate you
degree of submission to authority, and
eliminate even “small” rebellion from your
daily walk.... and you will experience an
awakening of your own.

Ambush Predators
Don’t be a target of opportunity!
For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among
you, not sparing the flock.
— Acts 20:29
In the natural world, there are
predators who don't chase their
prey down, but rather lie in wait
for them, often employing
camouflage and diversions in
order to create the opportunity for
their next meal. A similar
phenomenon is observable in
spiritual matters as well. A few
nights ago, while in prayer, I
began to see a panoramic view of
the subdivision in which we live...
It was as if the houses had
disappeared, and the ground
beneath them had opened,
revealing passages and interstices
connecting the various properties
a s i f w i t h a n u n d e rg ro u n d
network. As I continued to pray, I
understood that there was a great
deal of spiritual activity in the
region which was "underground"
so to speak, and t hat t he

underlying component of much of
this activity was fear. As I prayed,
I kept hearing the words "ambush
predators."
We’re sent as lambs among wolves, but we do not have to become prey
if we continually seek the Lord and obey His Word.
A good deal of the demonic
activity appeared to be connected
to witchcraft, such as Santeria
and Curanderismo, praticed by
many of the Hispanic residents of
the area, and so I continued to
pray, inquiring as to how they

were operating. After some time
th Lord did confirm for me what I
had perceived before that
witchcraft is often used against
believers (and non-believers) to
provoke fear. Why? Fear is used
to immobilize people in their
authority by creating unbelief. In
Numbers 13 and 14, fear did not
cause the Israelites to cease to
believe in God, but it did cause
them to refuse to believe His
promise. Thus it occurs to many
Christians today, whether through
witchcraft or other means, that
the enemy will attempt to use
fear to cause us to disbelieve His
promises and thereby neglect to
take action in some regard or
other.
Ambush predators typically seek
out two kinds of prey: targets of
opportunity, and targets of
necessity. The first are prey that
just happen to stumble across
their path because the prey were
careless and did not pay much
attention to their environment,
and the second are those for
whom the predator prepare
himself and must lie in wait
because if he does not, he cannot
catch them. Which one have you
been?
