 Our manufacturing facility at Nagpur is the single largest state-of-the-art PEB manufacturing
plant in India.
 The plant uses cu�ng-edge technologies in manufacturing and designing so�ware for
producing world-class PEBs.
 The plant also has Ver�cal Drill Machines for drilling holes in connec�ons and base plates.
Drilling opera�on is carried on CNC automa�c drilling & punching machines and 3D axial
machines for precise bolted connec�ons.
 The plant is equipped with six dedicated submerged Arc Welding (SAW) machines and two
heavy structure machines are under installa�on with semi-automa�c and automa�c
welding, bu� welding. Flange and WEB SAW welding, �l�ng both sides welding, pre-hea�ng
and straightening with options of stable-rimmed and fast travelling for H-beam, box beam
and T-Sec�on. Plant have semi-automa�c assembly machines for WEB and Flanges. A�er
accurate assembly of components, tack welding is done in the machine itself.

 The machines are sourced from globally reputed suppliers. WEB width varies from 300mm
to 2500mm. Flange width varies from 150mm to 1000 mm maximum. Maximum thickness of
WEB and flange is 80 mm. The length of H-Beam is 12 meters. Fillet size varies from 3mm to
20mm.
 Our plants have a facility for shot blas�ng. Surface prepara�on is done as per client
requirement before components are finally painted and finished.
 In cold form, there are machines like C&Z Purlin line that is used for making of purlin /girts in
C and Z Shapes. This machine produces maximum 3.15mm thick purlin and depth of purlin
can be given in various sizes of 150mm, 200mm, and 250mm and the maximum length can
be 12 meters. It is CNC opera�ng machine with online punching facility.
 The threading machines are used for threading of rods. These machines are suitable for upto
45mm rods and are used for threading on one or both sides of the rods for brace rods. A

shee�ng in cov
