AFFIDAVIT

I, David Vacher, French citizen, of legal age, (single/married), and a

resident of (Insert Address of Affiant), after having been duly sworn in
accordance with law, hereby depose and say that:

1. I am a business guest of Ms. Barbara Politsch and was supposed to

stay at unit 7G Tower III Bellagio Condominium located at 3 Forbestown
Rd, Taguig, Metro Manila for the period of 14-17 of March 2019;
2. I arrived in the Philippines on 14 March 2019 and proceeded to
Tower III Bellagio Condominium arriving around (time of arrival there);

3. I was informed by (name of receptionist) and (name of security

personnel) the receptionist and security officer in charge, respectively,
that I did not have any authorization to enter the unit and barred my
entry to the same;

4. This prompted me to call, my host Ms. Barbara Politsch and tell her
that I can not proceed to unit 7G due to my lack of authorization;

5. Ms. Barbara Politsch told me that I was authorized by her to enter

the unit and instructed me to show my Identification Card (what kind of
ID);

6. Despite having been authorized, I was subjected to harassing and

disrespectful questions. I was even told that I was an AirBnB guest of
Ms. Barbara Politsch;

7. (name off who recorded) recorded my responses by use of his/her

mobile phone without my consent and despite telling that I am
uncomfortable speaking like that, he/she did not stop recording;

8. I am a business guest of Ms. Barbara Politsch and my stay at unit

7G Tower III Bellagio Condominium was a business accommodation
shouldered solely by Ms. Barbara Politsch, not an AirBnB reservation.

Further Affiant sayeth none.
