EXTRA JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT WITH WAIVER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Extra Judicial Settlement made and entered into by and between:

This AGREEMENT made and entered into this 29th of January 2019 by and among:

1. REYNALYN A. RUIZ, of legal age, Filipino, Single and a resident of Palacian, Aglipay,
Quirino;
2. MICHEL A. RUIZ, of legal age, Filipino, widow and a resident Palacian, Aglipay,
Quirino;
3. REYGAN A. RUIZ, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Batal, Santiago City;

WITNESSETH:

THAT all of the above named parties, are the legitimate and children of the late REYNALDO
P. RUIZ;

THAT said deceased died without any will or testament and without any outstanding debts in
favor of any person or entity which is Death Certificate is here to attached as Annex “A”;

THAT said deceased, at the time of his death, real property more particularly described as
follow, to wit:

A parcel of land Lot 5796-F of the subd. plan Psd(ar)-02-025884, being a portion of Lot 5796,
Pls-155 situated in the Barrio of Palacian, Municipality of Aglipay, Province of Quirino, Island
of Luzon.

Bounded on the W., along line 1-2 by road; on the NE. along line 2-3 by lot 5796-G of the subd.
Plan; on the NE. along line 3-4 by lot 5796-I (existing road); and on the SE. along line 4-1 by lot
5796-E. of the subd. Plan.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N. 39-12’E., 1170.11 m. from FZ No. 74, Jones
Cadastre, thence:

N. 00-20’E., 79.96 m. to point 2;

S. 84-34’E., 153.29 m. to point 3;

S. 03-05’W., 53.06 m. to point 4;

S. 85-16’W., 150.73 m. to point 1; point of

Beginning, containing an area of TEN THAUSAND SIXTY SIX (10, 066) sq. m. more or less.
 That to the best knowledge and information of the parties hereto the said deceased left
no debts;

That a true copy of this Extra Judicial Settlement had been published in a newspaper as
certified by the publisher Annex “B”;

That parties hereto being all of legal age, with full civil capacity to enter into a contract ,
hereby these present agree to divide, adjudicate among themselves as they hereby adjudicate
and divided among themselves the above described parcel of land;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, parties have hereunto affixed their signatures this 29th day of
January 2019 at Diffun, Quirino.
