improve our business. As a manager you need to make sure that your business is flexible

V. Sample Product

A tart is baked dish consisting of a filling over a pastry base with an open
top not covered with pastry. The pastry is usually shortcrust pastry, The
filling may be sweet or savoury, though modern tarts are usually fruit-
based, sometimes with custard.

VI. Environmental Analysis


Being a tart businesss in the marketing industry, setting our product’s price
is one that we have to consider. We have to balance the price because of the fruits
that we use in our tarts, we all know that, every fruits have seasons. Our price is
depending to what the ingredients price. People nowadays prefer to purchace
cheap foods in able to save some money.

Mission

FruiTart’s mission is to create and provide the product that will satisfy and
attract customers through the beautiful and delicious tarts but in an affordable price.
Vision

FruiTart’s vision is to be a famous and well known pastry shop not only in
Balanga city but also around in Central Luzon.
