When you are in the business competition is common, but because of competition we can
improve our business. As a manager you need to make sure that your business is flexible
regarding about threats and competitors.
A tart is baked dish consisting of a filling over a pastry base with an open
top not covered with pastry. The pastry is usually shortcrust pastry, The
filling may be sweet or savoury, though modern tarts are usually fruit-
based, sometimes with custard.
FruiTart’s mission is to create and provide the product that will satisfy and
attract customers through the beautiful and delicious tarts but in an affordable price.
