Highlight on the Accomplishment/ Activities of the OSCA-HEADS Associations

of Pangasinan covering the period from January to December 2018, to wit:

1. Ratification of the Constitution and By- Laws of the OSCA-HAP last

March 26, 2018. During the existence of the Association I believe that it has
not been registered with the Security and Exchange Commission to claim
legitimacy considering that the association is provincxe wide, we will do
something about it during my watch.
2. Lakbay Aral on May 9- 10, 2018 at Tuguegarao, Cagayan. It was a very
successful and educational tour by the Senior Citizens.
3. The members of the OSCA HEADS Association of Pangasinan attended
the Regional Convention of LSWOD’S, OSCA HEADS, FSCAP last
October 3, 4, and 5, 2018 at the Veniz Hotel, Baguio City. The delegates
from Pangasinan garnered several awards. (Dr. Calixto was awarded 1 st
place, Super Lolo 2018).
4. Attended the Senior Citizens Symposium last October 30, 2018 at the
Pangasinan Training Center with the delegates from the Municipality of
Mangatarem.
5. Lakbay Aral in Subic and Bataan last November 15- 17, 2018 was very
successful and educational, visiting historical landmarks in Bataan.
6. Last but not the less, the OSCA HEADS Association celebrated the
Christmas Program last December 13, 2018. Exchange gifts among the
members was very memorable because everybody received gifts and also
we gave Christmas gifts to indigent Senior Citizens chosen by PSWDO.
