Sub: PH & ME Department - Minutes of the Sub-Committee meeting held in the

chambers of Engineer-in-Chief (A.W./I.W.), Water Resources Department,
Ramavarapadu, Vijayawada on 27-12-2018 to review and finalize steel rates for
the month of December - 2018 - Communicated - regarding.

Ref: Minutes of Sub-Committee meeting held on 27-12-2018.

It is to inform that the Sub-Committee has finalized the rates for the following
materials for the month of December - 2018 during the meeting held in the chambers of
Engineer-in-Chief (A.W./I.W.), Water Resources Department, Ramavarapadu,
Vijayawada on 27-12-2018. Hence all Superintending Engineers (PH) are requested to take
necessary action in the matter and to communicate the rates to all Executive Engineers
(PH)/Municipal Engineers under their respective jurisdiction for adoption for the month
of December - 2018. All the rates are Exclusive of all taxes.
